These videos honestly helped me so so much, I'm two days away from literally the most important exams in my life, the exams that define my future and I'm Working and studying from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep.
Whenever I lose motivation I'd be listening while solving and it somehow does keep me so motivated it surprises me because I'd think I have literally no motivation left! I honestly would love to thank this channel especially when I do get where I want to get Because it helped me out more than I thought possible.

This is my favorite motivational compilation & even though I have watched this very video at least 5 times, I had always stayed lazy... *however*
    This quarantine opened my eyes
    *SHORT TERM GOALS*
-Identify my shortcomings & make a plan to fix those issues.
-Absorb all the material I need to learn & pass my medical school first year exams.
    -Stop smoking cigarettes
-Continue eating healthy & drop down to my goal weight of 58 kg by July through what I did to lose up until now (Currently 88 kg, used to be almost 120 kg)
-Read "From animals to Gods", "Animal Farm", "God of the Flies", "My left foot" and 5 other books until the end of this quarantine.
-Call my loved ones & connect with them on a deeper level.
-Put an end to reckless spending (that starts right now!)
    5-Year GOALS
-Identify my shortcomings & get to know myself.
-Gain the ability to face failure & cultivate the fire it gives me.
-Graduate from medical school & become a great doctor.
-Travel to at least 1 country every year and see how life is elsewhere. (I regret all the trips I refused to go to🙂)
-Get married (hopefully next year) to my sweetheart ❤❤ and cherish every moment with him❤❤
    GOALS BY 2030
*Be able to tell how I overcame my **_endless_** laziness, mental unrest, bulimia, nocturnal enuresis, depression, constant suicidal thoughts, self-harm, academic and financial failures, indecisiveness, took steps towards my health & built healthy relationships with everyone around me and how I managed to touch people's lives and show them that *one can change*
*RUclips will probably exist forever & and so will this video and my comment. I will keep coming back to this video & occasionally give an update as to where I am*
If you read until this point, thank you so much❤
We will make this world a better place🌍
"THE HARDER THE BATTLE, THE SWEETER THE VICTORY*

I’m studying for the ACT, and I want the July one to be my last. I’m shooting for a 27 or above. I study a solid 3 hours a day. Maybe more if I really get into it. But this video makes me study more then I want to. It pushes me to work harder when I just want to sit around and watch TV. It motivates me to try harder, and I’ve been increasing my studying time to 6 hours a day. It’s helped a lot. So far I’ve raised my ACT score up 8 points. I want to raise it up at least 10 before the test. Thank you for this video. It pushes me to do better.

    • @Motivation2Study

Math and physics require different study habits than other subjects, for example: work through extra practice problems everyday, make a study summary sheet, ask questions in class, go online for step by step explanations of concepts when necessary but also show all your work on tests in order to gain part marks, try every question even when you aren't sure you have the right answer, and go in for extra help sessions regularly.

I don't know if they say it in this video yet, I'm not through it, but the guy who said it is one here. I've heard him say that if you want it bad enough you don't need an alarm clock to wake you up. I know not everything in these videos applies to everyone but I finally got motivated to start making positive changes in my life about a year and a half ago. I finally started working out and working on changing my mindset of things I wanted to change it on. After just about a year into it, and I was Killin it every single day and I finally got to the point where I said okay fuck it, I'm going to get up at 4 am and run or workout every morning before work 5 days a week. I don't go to bed any later than I did before I started getting up early either so I average about 4 hours of sleep per night on work nights. Sometimes if I'm lucky, I get 5 hours and sometimes I only get 3 and I'm still getting up every day and Killin it even more than I was before. I've worked myself so hard that it hurts while I work out, but afterwards, I don't feel anything and I keep adding more reps and more sets and still no pain. That being said, I ABSOLUTELY need an alarm clock lol. No way around it. If I didn't have an alarm I would not be waking up on my own unless it's to go piss lol. I set my alarm for 345 am so I can snooze for 5 min a couple times and then I get up. Gotta have the alarm. I've always been a night person my whole life and I have even been working says for almost 10 years now and even before I would get up at 4 am I had to have an alarm. Granted I can't sleep worth a shit so I have to take a handful of Tylenol PMs every night just to hope to get some sleep and even then there are nights I still can't sleep even after taking that handful of Tylenol PMs. But I want to accomplish my goals more Tha I ever have and I'm well on my way. Anyone who thinks they can't do it is full of shit. I hadn't worked out in years and I never did many leg workouts. Once I decided to get in shape I made myself work on my legs because it was what I wanted to do the least. 16-17 months later I cannot believe how good my legs look so far. I have a long way to go, don't get me wrong, but man I never thought this would be possible. I started light in the beginning and now I do a full hard leg workout every morning, I skip lunch at work and do a hard leg workout then and latele I've been doing it again after work before I go home. I do 15 hard ass leg workouts over 5 weekdays every week now. After seeing all my progress on my legs I decided that since I always wanted amazing abs that it's time to start that now. In like 6 weeks of really hard stomach workouts I've already made leaps and bounds. I do that 5 days a week as well. I never thought this was possible. If I could've seen myself now 16 months ago, I would've put in so much more effort that whole first year because I'd know how that daily grind really does produce results after a long period of time. I'm giving myself a deadline. Next June is a big blues festival in Chicago I go to every year and have for the last 19 years in a row. I have 6 months and 2 days left. I want to get as much done as possible before then. After that, if I have no reason for another deadline, then I'll make it blues fest of the next year. Those deadlines are a huge help because it gives you a sense of urgency. You absolutely can do whatever the fuck you want. As Curtis Mayfield once said, "With just a little faith if you put your mind to it, you can surely do it." I have found this to be ridiculously true. I don't even hate doing these workouts anymore. On Sunday nights when I go to bed, I cannot WAIT to wake up and hit it hard. I waited so long to start this journey because I was looking at the entire mountain from a distance. Once I just walked up to the mountain and and looked only at the spot I'm currently at, it is so much easier to do. I'm now thoroughly excited about the rest of this climb and in fact I hope this mountain just quadruples in size because I don't want to get to my goals for a long time. Once I hit that point I'm not going to stop. I'm going to continue to do what it takes to stay right where I am. I have no intentions of killin it for years just to let it all go away. Fuck that. I'm 6'1'' tall, I never weighed more than 200 lbs ever. I would bounce around from anywhere between 180 and 200 lbs in just a week. That was before I started working out. One day I'd be 181 and 3 days later I'd be 195 and a couple days later would be 185. Don't ask me how or why but I've always bounced around a 20 lbs range no matter how much I weighed. I wasn't even trying to lose weight at all, and in like 2 months once I started getting up early and working out, I dropped 35 fuckin lbs with out even trying! I didn't even want to lose weight, but it will help my stomach show better so I'm okay with it. Now I bounce around between 165 and 170. I'm by far in the best shape I've ever been in and every day is an amazing wonderful experience. In my time working out, I only missed 2 times doing my shit when I was supposed to do it. Thats it and that was only because I was so sore and so fucking tired I just needed one day and when the next day came, I was so mad at myself for taking that day off that I came back twice as hard the next day. YOU CAN DO THIS! Just start small. Just start by going for a walk once a day. Start with a short walk and then ramp it up over time. Then you can start something else. The key is do NOT miss a day unless your body can't do it for that one time and I mean CANNOT do it that day. The other key is always build and add more reps, more sets, more weight more times a day working out and I guarantee you, you will not believe how quickly you start to transform your self and your life. Go get it mother fuckers!

I'm first class, but i'm not happy because i became the first by learning in batch. So what that means is that 1 week later i can't even remember correctly what it was about...your videos made me realise that I have to work harder to really understand and give meaning to what I learn. It demands twice the amount of work and your videos really motivate me

If you're seeking knowledge strive hard but if you're seeking provision you dont need to be doctor or whatsoever just think how to get the money or be farmer and grow your own food.✌🤣
