Same here I've dealt with anxiety and depression lately and I sat against a my wall and thought all the negative thoughts. Then that spirit in me said get up keep fighting. So I went and walked my dog, then went running the next day and do so every day now. We got this, you got this!

@2:42 I am a single parent who decided to go to medical school. I am in my first semester, and I moved to a new place with my son alone. With time management, and commitment I have been able to pass the exams. there are other parents at my medical school here too. Some are single, some have supportive spouses, some have their children with them and others entrusted their children to loved ones while they complete their medical education. Just because you become a parent doesn't mean that you have to give up on your dreams.

Self love and being grateful is my struggle right now... for I seek it outside myself, and itnisnhard to just stop and " smell the roses" I genuinely hope anyone that reads this is doing good, I try.. I drown, but I can still hold my breath . Consistent focus on growth is the hardest part..there are so many distractions in life. Everything is fighting for your attention and most of it is junk, finding the good stuff is the tricky bit.
I’m a hairstylist. One of the other stylists retired. When her clients come to me, I go the extra mile so they’ll come to me, or at least continue coming to the salon, thanks to these videos!

I GOT 5 REJECTION LETTERS for my poetry, and then under 6 months, 20 ACCEPTIONS, 6 AWARDS, Nomination and chosen to be considered for a PUSHCART PRIZE. I failed my first poetry exam test at a poetry class, in which I had to write a poem, and on my second chance, I GOT AN A, with compliments from the student and teacher. I FAILED on a few 1st drafts of assignments during my mentorship and on my second chances, I got an A with the comment "Great Work" from my mentor and was later told by mentor that anyone who complete his course like I did, becomes successful, and he was right, I have had writing success completing the mentorships. Along with my success I have got an invitation to host a poetry workshop, 3 request to privately teach. put in an boat loads of work to become a writing genius, and keep steady writing success and awards I am up righting now sending out 4 email submssions, mastering 4 pieces. I have even decided to the do all the classes again including the mentorships, even though I got an A in them. All while writing books of poetry and getting success, I completed 2 more classes in poetry.
Let me story be proof that anything is possible.
I WILL graduate in May 2021. And I WILL graduate with honors. In my first year, my GPA was 1.7, I have now been in school for 6 years and have a GPA of 3.6. Now it is my last year and I will make myself and my family SO proud on graduation day. Just gotta make it there!

Don't try to build a brick wall but, instead lay a brick everyday and you'll eventually find yourself standing infront of a brick wall.
Life is a marathon and you can apply this concept everytime you feel demotivated, it's not about how fast you go, what's important is the direction in which you're going, no matter what move forward, if you can't run, walk and if you can't walk then crawl.NO MATTER WHAT YOU'RE GOING THROUGH DON'T STOP.

5 years ago I really thought maybe everyone was right about my writing dream and then I realize there is no plan B, there has never been anything else I have been able to do with such love, so I saved up my money, paid for two mentorships in poetry, and attended several classes, and I got an A in all the classes. Now I have steady writing success, awards, teach writing and have books coming out. Everyone who laughed at my dream, are wrong now.

I partly agree with 01:50. People SHOULD follow their passion. Curiosity can be converted into a new passion. To quote Jill Wootton, "the ultimate driving force of your life are the blueprints in your subconscious mind". Acting on your curiosity can stir a passion you previously weren't aware of. But ultimately, you have to follow your passion, and your efforts will seem less of a chore.

I am really inspired by this video. I'm in college and am not satisfied with my GPA. I'm speaking into existence that I will work harder and obtain at least a 3.0 GPA by the time I graduate.

First time in history I actually feel proud that I fail at things when trying to fight for what I want.
