Your account numbers as per what you have set up will be inside your receiving accounts. The bank details inside of receiving accounts is your Payoneer number if that makes sense.

i am having same problem my account has been approved for about 12 months and i have not used it since i started working for native camp last month they tried to pay me into my payoneer account but got a email asking for additional document so i have sent my driving licence but still saying under review . my salary is waiting to be paid to me so i can withdraw .payoneer is the only way that native camp pays salary and i get paid my salary every 2 weeks but how many days, weeks or months does it take them to approve a document ? its very annoying

Hello please reply to my comment, I have my payoneer account unfortunately the valid Id that I sent is not working or they did not verify it, I have my upcoming payment in payoneer. It is still on upcoming status because my Id is not verified. Is there a chance that the upcoming payment that I received will send it to the sender? Or will cancel it, so that the company will send it to the alternative account that I gave that is fully verified.

@@kathlynkittabinas3858 Hi, I am not very sure about this but I have never experienced anything like this but the best solution is if the person who has paid you reaches out to payoneer with proper documentation, then the money usually goes back to them.

Hi Saima, this definitely means your account has been approved. But to be sure you can logo into your dashboard and go inside of 3 dots of your receiving accounts and have a look.

I did log onto my account and checked the 3 dots as you showed in your video but it only shows USD transactions and not what you showed. Im stuck for so long with this and im not getting any help.

I'm not sure why you need the DOB but try checking in your account settings in your dashboard.

I submitted my bank statement 10 times and still not approved. I matched the name in payoneer with my bank statement and still they refuse to accept. What the hell is this. Im fed up someone help me because these frauds are sickening. Their live chat is useless. They telling me the verification team says its rejected but dont say why. They reply saying try take a photo of the bank statement. Why would i take a photo when i can upload since you have the option to upload. Its more clear when you upload from your phone rather than take a photo. And yet they still say no. So disgusting he says its more likely to be approved if you take a photo thats utter bs. I want a proper answer someone please help or recommend another way. I want to sell on ebay dear god

Log into your Payoneer dashboard and check under Balances inside the USD box. You'll find three dots to take you inside your receiving account. So inside your receiving accounts, if you find that your account is approved, then you are good to go. You don't need a confirmation email from them.

Hi, I don't think you can. You need to submit your legal government ids. So an account will only work for you if its available in your country.

How do I contact them by email? Since for me they required a proof of address, which is either one of the three: utility bill, rental agreement or bank statement which I have none of those three.
