Yea mate I think wolf fish is quite widely available everywhere, maybe a bit tougher for the Aimara variant, but go to your local exotic fish importers.
what does that tell you about him, get some substrate in and a few big tankmates, solitary confinement is no good for anything , ask one million inmates.

This isn’t a wolf chichlid btw and in India you can both the wolf chichlids and the wolf fish!!

yea mate, substrate would really complete the look plus being good for him too but this is just a temporary set-up, he's moving in less than 2 months.
