I simply logged out of the Samsung Account on the TV and that immediately solved the problem. If you don't need to be signed into the account, then this can be a quick solution. However, this video provides very good advice if you need to be signed into your account on the TV.

i think Signed out is temporarily solution,because if you signed out there is no possible to install the apps from app store
