Mini 4 pro Fly Away

I upload this video to show DJI support what happened to my Mini 4 Pro used with Goggles 3 and Motion Controller 3.
All my equipment is brand new, kept in the best conditions, and everything with reguòar Dji Care (both Mini 4 and Avata 2).
They are my main working tools (I use drones mostrly for work). and after this dangerous Fly Away I cant feel safe ny more with them.
No idea if the problem is from drone or controller... I cannot trust both to use in 100% safe situations.
Sardinian beaches are crowded at this time, and I was really lucky to land in a Safe spot... I was really scared.
I wish Dji support cn help me in this situation.
