Record companies were now completely taken over by the ruling class. So real music has to move underground. I tell all the boomers that say, "new music is trash." (I said more.. but it was that part that goes down in history) SO..... Joe must have remembered that "COUNT BASIE" part... Because that next Year on his 1st single which is this song.... I was just looking up Fat Joe for fun and I usually get into the historical setting so I wanted to see how long he was active and I discovered this gem. Hella crazy how far he's evolved and how hip hop itself evolved. I'm gonna be slappin this for a while.
