Because you opened a vacancy for the job and you are looking for someone to fulfill it. I have checked the requirements list and found no reason for you not to hire me. HR interviews are sh*t. Why do they need an interview if they have your CV (and certificates). They are playing psychological games not to check if you are skilled for the job but if you fit the company, like if you are a good ass kisser, if you cheer for the same sports team. Also HR will try to diminish you in order to get the best deal for the company and the worse for you. That's a good question for you, you are put in a humble position trying to prove yourself. "Why should I hire you?" - " because you need someone for this job so you are hiring" DuH

I have lot of talent and skill with which help and own strength I know how to speak english langauage infront of everybody but still I have one and only problem is that; how to speak english fluently and its appropriate pronounce..only suggest me these things because that's a massive problem for me... not for me rather generally for most of people...and finally I would say that your dedication and determination to teach us english is truly commendable, but how to execute it proper in the daily life I mean plz recommend few steps by which I couldn't hesitate while speaking english..and I understand that its is vast language for common people but untill they won't believe in themselves that till then they can't learn english ever so first of all, they have to be concious as well as have to make a proper strategy to speak english who haven't any idea to speak english that how to begin and where to begin..

The reason I don't suggest talking about your family is that if the interviewer wants to know about your personal life, they can ask you later in the interview. The first question is your opportunity to present your strong points.
