Wow 👌,,,,it's very beautiful house, the master bathroom is a gem and the whole house is nicely staged, except for the kitchen stools and the sitting area ,i would put an L shape sofa and an armchair, so you're facing the TV, not looking on your side,,, but boy it's loaded with goodies 👍....!!!

Hey man, thanks for reaching out and for the love! Nashville is a solid option if you're looking south but want to avoid the extreme heat of places like Texas. While we do get some warm summers, it’s not as intense, and the vibe here is way more laid-back. Nashville isn’t just country music and cowboy boots, though we’ve got that if you’re into it! The city’s grown a lot and has a cool mix of culture, tech, and a really strong music scene beyond just country. Plus, the hills and green spaces around here are beautiful, definitely not hillbilly territory, lol. If you’re after something a bit more relaxed with a mix of urban and natural settings, Nashville could be right up your alley.
I don’t know too much about the Georgia, NC, and VA areas but all could be great options, depending on what you’re after. If you’re considering Nashville, I’d be happy to give you the full rundown. Let me know how I can help!
