Hi Ethan I think maybe the power was left on was because they didn’t want the house vandalized or maybe they left the power on after the vandalism. Also so that the basement wouldn’t flood. It is a very nice big house. I hope they don’t demolish it but with all the busted up walls they would need all new piping and repair the walls. Would be costly. I saw this vid by James. I follow him too but you Ethan are my absolute favorite explorer. You were the first explorer whose video I saw. I went to RUclips and saw something about an abandoned house and said let’s look at that. I didn’t know this was a hobby. It was your video that started me watching and I’m so glad I did. I love your work. I’m subbed to a lot of explorers and they are all good but you Ethan Minnie stand out from all the rest. Hey Ethan why don’t you do a video on that cool model car collection you have. How many do you have? It would be a cool video. Think about it. As always stay safe and well.👍🆒😊
Ethan I always mention that 80’s houses are my fav besides 60’s. Those blinds at the end were popular in the 80s. Kind of a cheap fix for blinds probably why they were in the sun room. Your channel is growing pretty fast you had just hit 100k a couple months back. That’s so awesome. Love your passion for what you do!
This was a beautiful home before the vandalism. The kitchen was massive, I loved it. ❤ I also liked the sunroom/screened porch. It is totally beyond my comprehension how anyone could go into a home and destroy everything just for kicks. 🥺 absolutely no moral compass. Great video... thank you for sharing, Ethan 😊
I would know this was an Italian’s house without you even saying. The basement kitchen was a dead give away. Many Italians had one for cooking for a large crowd, keeping smells out of the rest of the house, or keeping the upstairs kitchen always neat and tidy. It was also a good place to can things which can be messy.
Ethan , Your such a kind respectful young man love your channel and your Work. Love looking at the old abandoned homes , Some are sad makes one wonder what became of the people living in them . Thanks for the great content, Job well done! 👍👍👍😊
Another great explore. The ceiling fans being on in the living room was kind of creepy. What an amazing house and my favourite era too. That hallway with the bridge was my fave!
Oh my gosh, what a retro house. The floors and the beautiful tiles throughout the whole house. Plenty of bathrooms which I really like. The Staircase was so way cool also. The jetted tub in the master bedroom, just so incredible. The basement had a lot of room for parties etc. The massive sized kitchen so much room to use. The sun room was the perfect size too. Another great video and keep up the fantastic job you always do. Take Care and stay safe. Peace Out.
😂You have to do a video on your car collection. It looks amazing. $310 per hour sounds like a top tier lawyer. Love that landing above the stairs. Perfect place to set up a few chairs for a reading nook. Great explore, as always, Ethan.
Congratulations for the 100K subscribers! You more than deserved my one, as you are a serious and yet sympathetic explorer, not chewing the scenery by being on camera all the time. You have the best urbanex content of Canada, in my opinion. You always seem to find houses with interesting backstories, which I appreciate even when I think that their architecture is ill-conceived, sometimes.
Ethan … I hit like before we even ventured into the house! Why? I love your enthusiasm, your respect and your excitement with every location you feature. Please realize YOU are as much a reason I view the videos as much as the houses. It is a fantastic combination. Congratulations!
Congratulations on 105K subscribers. You deserve it. I love this place. I Love your car collection behind you at the beginning of the video. It shocks me the power is still on. Vandals love to mess up these places.
Awesome T shirt awesome group I have the same T as well ! Music for the masses 1987 would be a more appropriate album here. Violator came out in 1990😉 Thanks for all the cool abandoned mansion videos👍🏻
Great video, I really enjoyed this house except where the Low Rainer’s destroyed it! I like the structure of this home! Thank you for a great one! Keep exploring safely!🙏💕
This home must have been beautiful before all the vandalism occurred. The staircase was beautiful. I really liked the sunroom. Ethan, Congratulations🎉 you went over 100,000. You made a huge milestone. Thank you for all the time that you put into your work. ❤🎉
Hey Ethan love your depeche mode t shirt ...Wow what a car collection 💥...i been watching your videos for couple years now you make me smile ,absolutely love you ,....WELL DONE 100k🎉..anazing and well deserved ..like the house ..stay safe well and happy 💋
It was a beautiful house. I love the kitchen. I hate that it was vandalized. 310. An hour sounds like someone was a criminal attorney. Attorneys that specialize often get at least that much.
That’s a really nice house. Exterior brickwork is great with the matching brick fireplace. Timeless styling with the center staircase and the center hall. Kitchen so huge basement huge rooms. Would not take that much to update and give a second chance at life. Amazing sunroom. I’ve always like idea of outside views on the inside. Thanks for sharing although you filmed a bit ago since you’ve been over 100k subscribers for months now although I dont remember seeing this house before. Would not mind living there. Please take care, be well and always stay safe!
Ethan you have 105 K Subscribers, so this is recorded a while ago. I hope someone collects those cool light fixtures. Thanks for the explore. Very nice house. Nice large property. Blessings to you. Stay safe and healthy.
Ought to be all the people I worked for. Wicked grease ball, and I am Italian! Very dope car collection! Good job. That might make You an artist, like Me.
Another great house tour! Like you, I loved the staircase! By the way, in the start of the video, was that your room with all the matchbox and Hot Wheels? My husband is a collector of those!
Ethan, you are so fun. I can really relate to you and feel that I am a much older version of you. We think alike. I love and relate to your OCD, love of spiders-not, and fine eye for detail and proportion. 😊
👍❤️ From: 😂Oklahoma, USA. This was one of my *favorites, it was large but comfortable looking. It is so sad 😢 when people make big messes getting “their” copper pipe and even worse if someone(s) vandalize the property for kicks.
If you’re a plumber or carpenter that’s cheap even in those days. My brother is a Plummer & he makes $600.00 dollars a hour and that’s not counting overtime
I remember this awesome one from before, it is a wonderful example a high-end home from that time. The staircase with the landings is absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was such a great example of that era as well. The sunroom was fantastic! 🤩 It was a really great home! 🤟✌️
Hey Ethan Wow that garage is huge! It looks like a barn. I don’t like houses that have open staircases to the basement, it’s weird imo lol I like the BIG kitchen! $310 an hour no wonder they moved 😄🤣 sounds like a lawyer type of job. The vandals were looking for copper! Nice spacious home
8:35 Yeah, they chose a neat wood type for this frame, I have always had a soft spot for wood with pretty veins like rosewood wood. 11:00 I supremely despise copper rats. They are the most heartless among the vandals. They ruin an interior simply out of pure greed. At least, the other types of vandals are more authentic... They express their frustration, their disgust, their anger or just try to have some sort of destructive fun. They have questionable motivations, but they act passionately like humans instead of being scavenging bots. I know I would have liked to arrange a cozy space along with the two couch, discussing exploration and other topics while having snacks. It was the moment I looked forward the most after exploring a house, back in the days. It's as if we temporarily gave back a life to the abandoned quarters. 14:45 I can't help but feel the prom staircase with the swirling newel post looks tacked on. It doesn't visually mesh with narrow hallways. Also, open risers look off on them. They have to have closed risers. Open risers is for the modern type of stairways, not the vintage ones. On the latter type, it just looks cheap as if the model's designer wanted to make it fancy looking while sparing wood cost.
I don’t know why people tear things up? destroy thousands of dollars in drywall repair for $10 in copper, I would rather see squatters living there that would guard it and hopefully keep it clean.
Wow Congratulations on 1000k it saying 105 K . You are worth all the price in gold Love all your videos Ethan i enjoy this showcase. Love Barbara NWP, FL
Hey Ethan, please feel free to ask Me stuff about the type of biz I had for 40 years. Started when I was 20, had some schooling in the Home Imp., Interior Design feild. I loved it so much, it is like I never worked a day in My life. Plus, I never advertised. People would see My work in resturants, friend homes, etc. And they got my name that way. I gave it up, had to, due to disabilty, but would start up again in a sec if I could, I miss doing my shit like I would miss my stereo, 45,000.00 worth. I need oxygen after I play it. Took Me 40 years of constant upgrades to get where I am at now. Today, My loudspeakers alone cost 12 thousand. It kills ya, it still blows My mind when I listen. Brought that up as it is funny, and very cool, You get a kick out of the old Nutone Intercoms. Used to seel whole home Music, and Home Theater stuff too. But all I have ever done has to do w the home. Ask Me anything? Dude. I am a wealth of info, and would loe to share myy brain w You! Stay Chilled....
Vandalism is just sad. if any vandals get caught, they should be made to do free labouring for the homes/ buildings they vandal . Cool house my poppa would say 3 car garage ? Pftt I could fit at least 6 lol . He has cars all over 😂 xx
Unfinished basement kinda weird.. the place looked like it was absolutely new, really not lived in. Kinda sketchy to me.. place way to new, 1988 was a long time ago, an it sure looks like a brand new house. Carpet on the stairs no wear.. this place was never realky used for very long after being built...
The reason for the windows being 1988 could easily be because the building permits were issued in 1986 but the house wasn't built until 1988.
I remember when you hit 100k. I've been a faithful follower from 2019. You are my favorite explorer.
thank you

Hello from South Carolina! I always enjoy your videos.
So sad what a beautiful home.
Pink walls were popular in the 1940’s walls.
Nice house....well cared for and easy floor plan for very roomy living!!
Another great one Ethan! Thank you. I could live there without a doubt lol

Nice house! But I really hate when some pricks vandalize stuff!! I hope that someone fixes the house! And congrats on hitting over 100k subscribers!
Beautiful property. The house kind of gave me the creeps. I didn’t care for the stairs next to the garage. But the rest of the floor plan was nice.
That’s a really nice house. Exterior brickwork is great with the matching brick fireplace. Timeless styling with the center staircase and the center hall. Kitchen so huge basement huge rooms. Nice spacious home
Congratulations Ethan on 100k. Awesome video as always. Can't wait for more
Thanks James that is one beautiful home I would love to live there.

You would think the fire department would want the power shut off in case of a fire, with the house unattended. 🚒
Bank....To keep people out....Well tht doesn't work.
Cuz he in there...Realtor got paid......Tiles easy to clean...Please😅😅
Glad you brought your high beam light. 😊

Great video and great car collection.
Greedy people don't care about loosing electricity 😔😔😔
That's pretty interesting how the power is still on in house. 🙂

I'm from the UK brillant video💯

You got to do Home Improvement for a career, you would be real good. I know after doing it for 35 years!
Thank you!⚘️🧔🏻🌻😊
You regularly call central vacuum systems hvac. That house would have been a stunner when it was new and furnished!
Congrats on 100k! But man I’d like to make 300 bucks an hour… dang
