@@billyjoedenny Bill, you are an inventor like myself. You see a problem and come up with a solution most times. :) Awesome job man, and look forward to seeing the rest of your ideas.
Great idea! Glade to see you doing videos! You come up with so many ideas. How could you go so long with out doing a video!!! LOL!!! Can wait for the next one! As all ways, Thanks for taking US along!!!
Great job dad!! Great idea not just for camping but effective in many trades, skills, and environments for many different scenarios there is 100 people right now calling there boss saying I figured out a way to make it hold lol
Wow. That’s a great idea. Wonder if you could do the same thing with the regular stake and put some tape down near the bottom to hold the sting on near the bottom.
What an excellent idea.. How do you come up with these excellent ideas you must tell me.. I will try this the next time I'm on the river in a storm rolls in.. You can use that machete anyway you want... You know the hell I've put mine through and have not broken yet.. I can't wait to see what you come up with the next..😉😉😁✌
Good Demo Bro!! Been thinkin' along the same line myself! NO tree hammock swing! The ChillGorilla folks have been easy to work with! The video I shot with water runnin' down the sides done the trick!! Got a new one comin' in the mail! Well see soon if this one will shed water! ZZ
Never seen that done before. Tell ya the truth, if there is a storm that bad, I'd rather just stay home. I can see where it would come in handy for tarps, I had the wind snatch them right out, of course that's the small metal stakes. Thanks for this very helpful tip, I will remember it.
Yea! A long-anticipated report from our creative tinker's lab. I ruined a brand new Kelty tarp when a loose anchor whipped it to shreds in a high wind.
GOOD ANCHOR, I KIND OF DO LITTLE DIFFERENT, I PUT IN A SMALL BLOCK OR A CHIP OF WOOD OR ANYTHING REALLY. AGAINST THE STAKE IN DIRECTION OF THE PULL, IT WON'T PULL OUT EITHER. BASICALLY SAME IDEA AS YOURS. IT PULLS AGAINST THE DIRT. VERY STRONG. I DO SAME ON CORNER POST WHEN BUILDING FENCE.
Fantastic idea Billy Joe.. Can't wait for the series. Love the blade. I have one just like it. Peace.... ken
my next video using a toggle would work better in sandy soils ken . it would work better in your area..
