Glad you showed that. I suppose the pressure hull integrity diminishes over time. Nothing a little JB Weld won't fix like a champ! : ) I'm sure there's some super duper sealant etc that's airworthy with temp changes and expansion/contraction. I see the interior is out. Hope to see more, including the fix from the inside. Good job. Great airplane!
Sell it. Tried to do a cabin pressure decay check on a couple of 737 classics. Switched off the bleed air. Cabin pressure dropped like a stone and every thing went white. Hurt my ears and never tried gain. Tried it again on a brand new G200. Same thing happened. The rear pressure bulkhead was not sealed.
Sorry for the additional issue, hoped you'd be on to flying her now. So they all leak, no plane is airtight, but how big is this issue? Will bleed air keep you up to ~11 - 12 psi even with this going on? Good luck.
Not a huge deal. You just need to seal the seams on the inside. All planes leak. She still pressurizes OK with all these leaks, but can't make full diff.
