The GoTrax CTI 3 is a practical city commuter with a smooth torque sensor pedal assist system (a "torque sensor" is the sensor type that delivers power in proportion to how hard you press on the pedals, in contrast to a "cadence sensor" found in many ebikes does not measure you're input).
This ebike is outfitted with a rear rack, fenders, and fairly meaty tires to absorb bumps in the imperfect streets. The front suspension also alleviates body fatigue and adds to the comfort of this upright seating position ebike. The Nutt Hydraulic brakes , typically seen on e-scooters, are plenty powerful and smooth when it comes time to reduce your speed to a halt. For the price, GoTrax delivers a nice all around package for those seeking a power assisted cycling experience (in contrast to a high power "e-motorcycling" experience) with the CTI 3.

I picked up this bike for $899 and just finished assembly, everything looks good so far. Plan to use this bike on local paved bike trails for some fun & exercise. Alot of bang for the buck it seems, with hydraulic brakes, front suspension , torque sensor, included front light, 8 speed shifter, fenders & rear rack. Lots of goodies for the money. I plan on taking it on the trails soon weather permitting, but have high expectations based on this review. Also appreciate that you can get into menu & bump up top speed!
