- San Diego Police are searching for an adult male who sexually assaulted a young girl early Thursday morning in the Linda Vista neighborhood.
According to police, the assault happened when an unknown male entered the residence on Wellington St. near Linda Vista Rd. through a door that was left open around 1:45 a.m.
The male sexually assaulted a young girl who was sleeping in the home and then left on foot. The police did not disclose the age of the victim.
