THAT LAST CACTUS LEVEL, OMG It took yeara for me to get past the lightning fast beetles, wait for the bird, get past the other obstacles, FIND OUT WHICH DIRECTION TO GO, then figure out the pattern for those crocodile heads while I only have 5 seconds left. So many times, Ive reached the croc heads, and with 2 seconds left, I just GO for it and hop as fast as i can...only to drown... 😢my childhood...
Hey! Found you through your 'In defence of DK64' video. Just wanted to say that I like your content and I hope you'll get more subs and recognition soon. Your voice is very nice and easy to listen to. You seem relaxed and your sense of humour shines through. Those are, for me, essential qualities for a youtuber whose main thing is talking. If I could give you one tip, I'd say that you could use some improvement on your thumbnails. Find a "theme" or a thing, that makes them stand out and at the same time be very "you". If one sees a video of yours show up in the recommendations (or in a search result) and it stands out among the rest and/or is instantly recognisable as YOUR video, then you've got it! Good luck! I'm now subscribed! :)
I was down to the last yellow frog when my parents reset the whole computer. Lost everything, and this was after playing it through for the second time after a previous reset. I’ll still claim bragging rights haha.
From All my childhood PS1 games this one is the only game that I’ve never beaten. I recently downloaded it back to an Emulator because it still feel “Unfinished Bussiness” that coming from someone that’s almost in his 30’s😂
I can totally relate to having a hard game from my childhood that most people today would brush off as not being as hard as something like Dark Souls. For me it was Metroid Prime 2 for the gamecube. That game was tough! Anyways, great video! Never really played frogger as a kid so I would love to see more videos on the series. ( :
100% agree! MP is a great example. Replaying Frogger as an adult is surreal. I barely scratched the surface in completion as a kid. I barely completed it as an adult haha. Glad you like the vid! Def want to go over Frogger 2. Plenty to discuss there.
I still cant believe I got all the way to the sewer levels as an 8-11 year old 😂 I couldnt even beat super mario 64 yet I somehow got really far in this game. I need to go back and replay it.
I’m surprised nobody has ever listed this game in their “Hardest PS1 games” lists
I'm surprised too! I don't know many PS1 games but gosh this one makes you re-evaluate life
Despite having a small amount of subs you’re content is very high quality
Thanks man! I'm just making dumb vids and hope people enjoy it

YOU'RE NOT ALONE! That is TRUE pain and suffering!
Very nice in-depth review of Frogger, I used to play this game all the time as a kid. And could never beat it, now I know why I couldn’t. XD
Thank you! I have no idea how I beat this game as I kid... I STRUGGLED with this as a full blown adult haha
I downloaded this game recently and realized that i barely scratched the surface of this game as a kid. It didn't take long to realize why lmao.
Brutal 😂 this game knows how to humble the players haha
I can agree this game is so hard but that dint stop me to continue playing frogger hes back is one of first games I play on my laptop, btw nice video
I'm late to this comment but thank you very much! Frogger He's Back was also the first game I played on a laptop!

A moment of silence for you... that's rough man!

YES. This game is brutal.
I was only able to 100% beat it on an emulator with cheat codes (infinite lives.) It's just too much.
I remember playing this! I definitely didn't beat it, but I sure enjoyed it anyway.
Yesss! It's a blast of a game, and that soundtrack SLAPS

I beat this when I was 9. Guess I'm just built a little bit differently.
mad respect! I don't think I'd be able to beat this game as an adult haha. I peaked
I got Frogger on my GBC.
oh word? How is it compared to this game?
@@superjoebros64
Very Hard but Addictive Gameplay.
It beckons you to play more.
@@drinkduff6536 that sounds like the Frogger I know haha
honestly can't wait to see what you do in the future lmao
You're too kind! Thank you! What kind of stuff would you be interested in seeing?
@@superjoebros64 Honestly it's up to you, I'd be interested in anything you put out lol
@@mynameislight9933 Love it!
Is the music in this video from the game?
It sure is!

haha right?? I don't know how I accomplished some of these hard levels as a kid
Hi Joe.
I was wondering if you would like to collab with me in a video about older video games?
Many thanks
Hey Hive, open to it! Apologies for the late response
Dude, we’re all here to watch gameplay of a specific game that we searched up. Why do you need to explain what rage quitting is 😂
