What he said is correct. He has some basic cooking skills...not sure if he went to chef school or not, he uses the basic western cooking skills and applies it to Indian cooking and vice versa. With certain cohorts of his audience showing interest in those videos he spun it, so he can monetize off of it creating culinary content using those caught game and fish. He speaks with some kind of authority even if he doesn't' have it (in Malayalam they say pullu adikua, which can be good and at times annoying and not everything is scientifically accurate). He then started becoming more fitness conscious as he probably realized you need to be fit to do some of the outdoor activities including hunting and fishing. Jack of all trades and become no master of any but to the lay audience he seems knowledgeable. His audience is mostly never experienced or somewhat experienced viewers in the culinary and oher outdoor and fitness activities among the newer expats and born and raised malayalees of India.. His wife is easy going so he can do what he wants, but sometimes he is chauvinistic and disrespectful to her even jokingly, which I don't appreciate. His life is not all healthy as he is big carnivore and uses alcohol, so not exactly a role model for some. Furthermore, he has used the initial friend circle to gain popularity with their get togethers and friendship, ragging on each other, with him being domineering as he is he was the main content creators, but again verbally sometimes disrespectful to friends, especially as his fame increased, he became the self-proclaimed chef and expert. Now many of them do not appear but Paulman and Mamma but no longer Boombang team He has gained head weight due to his viewership and subscribership increasing. Notice how his father rarely is engaged and his mother follows him like a sheep, which i appreciate sometimes out of her ignorance. Anyways overall I think he means well, but he has gotten arrogant with the fame. There is no medical condition that prevent him that he has qualified from eating veggies...his wife doesn't cook it seems much (who changed profession a few times and bringing home the regular paycheck and so he doesn't cook veggies but main protein). He wants to look more slim so he started eating animal protein and now his body cannot handle the vegetable and starches he was eating in his younger days. I personally get annoyed watching the full content of his videos because as much as he says he is modern, living in New Zealand for a while now, his tani malalyalee traits are there and some chauvinistic and disrespectful conversations and ill mannerism. I see eye rolling by the wives and stand offish behaviour of his friends at times, while he mistreats them or unnecessarily gets arrogant and authoritarian.
