I have seen a lot of comments on this story but I have a different take:
1. The couple opted for DNA because there was a chance that Ngoni could be the father. That certainty has been obtained, he is not the Father and they are now 100% sure.
2. Family units have been made up of stepchildren, stepfathers and stepmothers from way back. Tete should stop trying to put bad blood between a husband and a wife who have decided that this will be the dynamic of their family unit. They can still have more children that they share biologically together. (Only social media demonises being a step-parent)
3. Tinashe should accept that people can opt to withhold certain information on public platforms. I'm sure they will be willing to share the name off-camera/in private.
4. Overall, great episode with a different lesson
