@@ElifromRussia I love watching your travel RUclips videos. This one reminds me of a wild horse preserve on Cape Sable Island , in Nova Scotia, Canada. There is a research station there and not much else. The island in fact is a huge sand bar with a lot of beaches grass there for grazing. At one time you could visit but obviously a permit requirement. One side of this island has a huge ship’s graveyard. Many old sailing ships getting caught in bad weather went aground. They may have opened it up to more visitors now.

@Diane M I am well aware of what is happening in Ukraine and am fully against it. However, that being said, I am totally also against the cancel culture that some people are aspiring. I follow Eli's channel not for propaganda but for connecting with normal people and so she does not have to educate me in this aspect. I have watched her previous videos and I hate it when people spit hate against normal people of no fault of theirs. We are all being fed with propaganda but totally shutting out one side of it and buying something else is not wise either. The original Winnie the Pooh was a bear in a zoo in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, ( hence Winnie from Winnipeg). The author AA Milne ( English) was inspired by that bear to create the delightful stories of Winnie the Pooh. So glad to be able to see some of Russia finally. Thank you.
Maybe double check, the young Canadian army officer/veterinarian who named Winnie (his unit's mascot) was from Winnipeg (after his home town) but the bear was an orphaned cub that he purchased from a hunter in Ontario. The officer took the bear to england and left it at the London Zoo while he served in France during the 1st WW. The writer of Winnie-the-Pooh was English and his son (Christopher Robin) saw the "Canadian" bear at the London Zoo. Disney purchased the rights to the story from the author's estate.

Also want Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and former President Barack Obama in the magazine. I mean this wouldnt solve any real problems but gay men like me would love it!
Here in the US, the image we’ve been given of Russians is propaganda. In the movies, they’re always the bad guys. And politicians don’t help much either. The average American doesn’t see it that way. You’re just average people like us. Just trying to make it through life while taking care of your families and friends, and try to have a little fun once in awhile. Maybe politics and propaganda and stereotypes will be a thing of the past someday.

@Diane M This is not an invasion of Ukraine. And the protection of Ukrainian citizens, whom the Ukrainian government has been killing since 2014. The Ukrainian government did not want to implement the Minsk Peace Agreements, which demanded an end to the killings of Russian speakers in eastern Ukraine. And according to the Minsk Peace Agreement, the eastern territories were to become part of a federal Ukraine (as in Germany or the USA). But due to the fact that the license for the development of gas fields was transferred to British and American companies, the Ukrainian authorities, under pressure from the British and American governments, did not fulfill the Minsk agreements. The press does not write this. They tell you that for the sake of democracy. but in fact, all this is for the sake of energy resources.
Another Great Production. So interesting the views you provide. Ahhhh, memories of the fragrance of fresh "road apples". At 2:50 you picked up baby shoes. Are making plans, Eli?
What good horses! We used to have to bribe ours to come in with molasses grain. It is a real honor to see wild horses in person. I still remember seeing a herd of them in Nevada, US. A great video I can really relate to, Elina. Thanks for all the traveling you do, bringing Russia to us who cannot see it with their own eyes at this time. By the way, the horse woman looks like a famous actress, but I can’t think of who at the moment.
Nice reaction to the red pedestrian crossing light. Here in England these are treated as advisory and if there is no traffic you ignore it. Then I worked in Germany....oh dear !
Hi Eli! This is another of the many unspoiled places in Russia where Przewalski horses also live in their wild state. I consider that this geographical area always remains this way because it is useful for human beings to always remember which natural and primitive environment it comes from. It is good that Russia preserves this geographical area. In the city you visited, he gave us a hint of some of the traditions such as clothing and traditional foods that are cultural novelties that push the curious to delve into the subject.
Why is it propaganda? The trips that Eli makes for me are very informative and cognitive so if I come to Russia I already have an idea where to go and what to see. And then I don't see any bad intentions in what he does.
One thing I have noticed of You Elena is that you shine a lot more when you are in nature whether is -71C or +40 C , Whether you are skating in Bajkal or walking in Ural mountains. You literally glow, like the Only girl in the world.

Thank you,Eli. Your cinematography skills and content are superb.
I had never given much thought to Russian ecosystem or culture, your videos are an education. Russia is a vast diverse and beautiful country. With much of it sparsely populated it would seem to have enough territory for it's people. Be safe young lady.
Don't pay attention to a bad comment on your answer. I am from Russia, and we have many friends in the east of Ukraine, as well as in Odessa and Kiev. And we know what's really going on there. This commentator is simply paid money for writing bad comments. Like all the press. They need to justify the killing of civilians in eastern Ukraine or blame Russia for it. We usually ignore such. Everyone earns as much as they can. even by betraying his own people.
Unfortunately, they need more territory and more people, and they want them so badly that they go to war with Ukraine. Nice video though.
Wow,thank you Eli,what a beautiful video! ❤️
Excellent video, Eli!
Hey, Mansur--I'm really looking forward to your next cooking video!

Hello Dear Sister 😇
First time here🙂I'm coming to Russia for my higher education..I found all Your vlogs interesting and Informative..Keep it up🤍
Take care and stay safe 😇
What a beautiful place! Thanks Eli!
Cool Eli . Only way I can see your beautifull country . Apreciate it very much.
In 1995 Australian Taronga Park zoo sent a number of Przewalski' horses back to Mongolia. They had been breeding very well in Australia and we had a lot of them. Thankfully we can undo some of the damage we do to nature.
I think you are bringing very informative and interesting videos about Russia. I like them a lot. I'm from Vietnam
Absolutely Fascinating . And once again, another introduction to a culinary delight from the East . Hidden experiences and goodies to much of the world . Well done again, Eli !
Always positive and full of energy. Thanks for upload, keep it up.
What an amazing vedio
Thanks Eli ! Excellent video!
Thank you Eli! This might be my favorite video yet! Sooooo beautiful!
Hi Eli,
I love your videos, they are so positive and educative to people like me who know very little of this vast country of yours! Keep up the good work, take care :) xx
❤❤
@Diane M I also admire Eli's non-political videos about life in Russia; what you are pleased to call "propaganda". By the way, I watch the news about the war everyday so I am well aware of what is happening in Ukraine and why Putin sent the Russian Army there.
@Diane M The propaganda is only in your head. Get help!
@Diane M
So basically ANYTHING portaying Russia in a positive light automatically constitutes as "propaganda". Right.
I try to enjoy these videos for what they are meant to be and I have other avenues for getting educated in political events. Take care, Peace to all.
Hello beautiful ☺️ Eli, thanks so much for another wonderful video from a place in Russia far off from Moscow. What a place ls Orenburg. So remote, flat, and wide open. I really appreciate Eli when you travel 🧳 on an adventure and take me with you to explore far off places. The wild horses are amazing and so friendly. These people at the preserve are so friendly and kind.
Orenburg is not Russia per se, it is part of Kazakhstan, occupied by Muscovite state.

Hi Eli. Thank you for another fascinating video.
What a great video about this spectacular landscape and those curious horses. No wonder mr. Borodin composed his concert "On the steppes of central Asia" which is equally beautiful. Please keep doing the good work Eli.

I agree . Tha to behavior is the extremist mentality that I think is present to some degree in Ukraine. May peace come soon.

Thank you.
Some say he's not Winnie the Pooh, he's Winnie the Pooh's Russian cousin!
@@ObviouslyKieran
😂😂😂
Maybe double check, the young Canadian army officer/veterinarian who named Winnie (his unit's mascot) was from Winnipeg (after his home town) but the bear was an orphaned cub that he purchased from a hunter in Ontario. The officer took the bear to england and left it at the London Zoo while he served in France during the 1st WW. The writer of Winnie-the-Pooh was English and his son (Christopher Robin) saw the "Canadian" bear at the London Zoo. Disney purchased the rights to the story from the author's estate.

The solution to all of our problems would be for sexy French President Macron to be the naked centrefold in the newly revived Playgirl Magazine coming back to shelves for 2023.
So beautiful and wonderfull country, 🤩😍😊
Eli - you are so incredible! I love you and the education you provide!
This video was like a perfect day out: throat-singing, a vast steppeland, wild but friendly horses, cookery, and more singing.👍🐎

That was subconscious act :-)
No one can fool his own subconsciousness. And his (her) basic instincts.
Thank you very much for your presentation Ms. Eli (Yakutan). Love it.

Ah yes, Germans and respect for red crosswalks (even at 3am on deserted streets).
