A bad camera makes precise movements more difficult and can be a real annoyance to the player. So what if you were to take a game that’s played in a 3D space where you have control over the camera, and then removed that control? Can You Beat Fallout 3 Without Moving The Camera?

Can You Beat Fallout 3 Without Moving The Camera? (in text form)
The first task is to disable the ability to move the camera. My first thought was to unbind the camera controls in the game’s settings, but you can’t do that. So I went to Plan B. Using the same program I used to play New Vegas with a Guitar Hero controller, I plugged in a Playstation 4 controller made my computer think it’s an Xbox 360 controller. Then all I had to do was leave the boxes assigned to the right analog stick empty and I could play Fallout 3 without even having the option of moving the camera, I couldn’t move it if I wanted to.
I had a couple thoughts in my head when I was born regarding the problems I might face. There were a few scenarios that I thought might give me trouble. When it came to the name, that was easy, I asked Discord what my name should be. I named myself “Um”, made sure I had a mustache of some sort, going through a virtual life without one sounds like hell, and the real game begins. Walking to dad was easy, the game tried to convince me to use the right stick. I can’t use that. We all know what happened to the right stick. It ended itself by bonking itself twice in the head and then hanging itself.
Then came the problem, the problem I hadn’t even considered. Your task is to open the playpen gate, but you can’t do that if you can’t see the gate, and you can’t see the gate without turning around. With the knowledge of this single issue deep in your noodle, I think you can start come up with some other problems that might arise fairly quickly. But I tackle issues in life one at a time. I’m not worried about the future. All I cared about was getting to the other side of this 2 foot tall gate. Jumping over it wasn’t an option, I can’t jump that high. My last resort hail mary shot in the dark idea was to go back to mouse and keyboard like a PC peasant, console master race am I right fellas, and quick-save quick-load my way through the gate. I avoided the temptation of looking around by simply turning off my mouse.

It's sad coming back to these videos, but it really makes you appreciate how far he's come.
I remember seeing comments on Nerbit's videos about it, which is how I found out in the first place. If you haven't watched Nerbit then you should BTW, he makes videos in a very similar style to Mitten Squad in the best possible way.
Context for those out of the loop: Paul was struggling with severe alcoholism around the time of this video's upload and he took a hiatus at one point to try and get himself cleaned up. At time of this comment he's been back for a while and he's clearly doing a lot better. People have been very supportive of him through this process.

Basically is it possible to only have the main quest active in your journal and no side quests or misc quests? So you can't overhear a guard saying to join the legion, or any rumors at all.
I dont think its possible
This would depend on whether you count side quests that can be/have been integrated into the main story.
Discerning the Transmundane, for instance, is a side quest that can be completed independently of the main quest line, but is required for you to complete one quest in the main line, as well as the DLC Dawnguard in the same manner.
@@TerpTheBandit i think for the purposes of the run, so long as it is required to progress the main story then yes that's fine, but with the caveat that it has to have a name associated with that quest.
But it's been a while since I've played skyrim so it's a little difficult to pinpoint which quests were necessary for progression.
It’s possible, if you exploit the game.
You can get into the boss chamber without going through the dungeon and getting golden claw quest and you can avoid brynjolf by immediately going to the ratway.
I at least know that, I’m not sure how to avoid getting discerning the transmundane.
Also can avoid the college questline by using a bucket.
The magic of Skyrim’s buckets is astonishing.
Also avoid dialogue as much as possible, at least avoid irrelevant quest related dialogue.
I could be wrong but if you apply some of the Skyrim speedrun strats it's quite possible

@@CDivvy remember in Oblivion punching bodies could cause some insane spasms. Deer limbs would stretch across the screen. Prob put at least 4k hours in tht game n haven't even played it in over 10 years lol. Every time I do it's a grind for the "perfect stat" increases each level. I had a perfect character guide I wrote by hand tht few of my friends used.
