I have comments about the first question: Why can we not use the data from Google Analytics for websites and mobile apps, for example, as an instrument of getting info about users, visits, how deep they go, and Behavior Flow, e.t.c? If it is an e-commerce service, we can also check the conversion rate. Even the free version of GA may provide an understanding of users and their journey in your project.
