Great interviews. I do noticed that when the first girl she stops sharing her screen we kind of lost her and we could tell that they felt that was weird to not looking at her face... may be something for her to improve, also her pace was a little bit low that may be part of her personality. In general all three did good in being honest and very engaging, specially the third one, she explained her thinking very clearly.

The amazing thoughts shared by these two leaders are definitely helpful for other designers like me. :D Thank you Harness

the girl at the start presents her tone like she hates everything about design, research, and the existence of this video. So depressing. Where is the damn passion in the fact that Google is literally coaching you right now.

google has one of the biggest hubs outside the US in my home country, but none of my former fellow students would apply there. in fact, google imports all the people from other parts of the world anyway. we have virtually no chance of getting hired. but no one wants to anyway because the hiring process is incredibly long and boring.

Recently we see a lot of interviews asking for two hour UX method tests, it would be really practical if you could do this kind of video to show what recruitors look for in those exercices as well.

I love how you guys are approaching the process. It is very helpful. The only comment I have is that App criticism is not the same as a design review. App critique, the interviewer uses other applications and they want the interviewee to criticize them. From what they like about the app and how they think it works to how they can improve certain parts of the app.

I'm only about 60% of the way finished but this has been the most helpful video for me this week. I really have a better understanding of how to present my portfolio in an interview setting along with answering these tough soft skill questions that I sometimes overthink. For the UX project, when the girl mentioned the frustration, I'm curious how why they feel frustrated due to various reasons? I didn't see any part of design speaks to this directly. I totally agree with Nima says. And design quality of this project isn't very cool. Just curious why you put login / log out on the top right of the website. Maybe you can hide in the side panel.
