Wow, that was a tough one. I'm 67 and go to the gym 4x's a week for 2 upper body and 2 lower body workouts.This was tougher than what we do! Feeling it! Wednesday is generally a rest day for me but I was feeling sluggish after a bad night's sleep and in a funk so I decided I needed to move. Couldn't maneuver the leg lifts to get my butt off the ground so just lifted my leg to my arm on my side with my butt on the ground. Have had L5, and S1 lumbar issues. Would be helpful to give a few diff options on some of the hard exercises. Thanks again. feel like I accomplished something today!
I do enjoy the intensity of these shorter workouts. When I don’t have as much time to dedicate, I still want to “feel it” and that’s exactly what I did on this one! The 30/10s are just as challenging if not more than the 45/15s. Thanks again!

Celebrating 🎉!! After working out with Tracy for almost a year, I’m able to do lunges without knee pain. It was still a though workout but a great one to measure progress! Glad you transformed the short in a full workout ❤

Today was supposed to be a run day for me, but I have done something to a toe that was going to cause some problems. When I saw this pop up, I knew exactly what I'd do! Thanks, Tracy! This was sweaty and just the right kind of pain inducing!

Yes I needed this lean thighs and strong glutes to end the week and to start the day on. I like the excercises hard but good for strong legs/glutes. I had a good time and sweat. 😅 Thank you Tracy.👍 🦵🏼 ❤️

Which I usually never read before the workout lol but I’m glad I did it, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it might be, but it was a really good workout! And I really enjoyed it. The 30 seconds was great, anything longer than that I might’ve died lol
Wonderful and great leg workout. Great for helping me build up my leg muscles as I get older .Can I ask a question please. Do the leg exercises that did not require weights (wall sits) be part of your leg sets per week. Thanks Tracy.

I don't think I'd count those - not enough tension...unless, you sat there till failure! Then yes.
That was tough. The plie jumps and squats jumps were awful❤I used 15 and 20lbs and 5 lbs for squat jumps.
