Lost Valley is an action packed 2 miles for sure! Too bad Eden Falls Cave was closed - you can crawl to the back of it where it opens up to a 300sq ft room with another waterfall. Have y’all hiked to Big Bluff on the Goat Trail in Ponca? Probably the best view in Arkansas IMO. 👀
Chris Dixon we actually we’re headed to that area on day 4 I think. We did Hemmed in Hollow but it was so incredibly humid and hot we shortened our trek and skipped the goat trail! We will most likely go back in the fall sometime and do that one!! So much to see and enjoy in Arkansas!!!
Y’all chose wisely! Hemmed in Hollow is pretty brutal coming from Compton, much easier to access from the Buffalo. Fall would be the perfect time to return, with colors in peak!
@@DixonHikes yes it was brutal!! We had planned to do Hemmed in, Granny Henderson's house, and the goat bluff.....but it was so hot we were worried it take us too long and there were storms coming in for the afternoon. We will definitely be back!!
Nice. I did this hike today. The fall colors are absolutely beautiful right now. The entire mountainsides are completely gold and red. This is my first time in hiking in Arkansas. I just decided to drive up for a few days from Dallas, and I’m glad I did.
That is a true statement!! The ticks weren't terrible, but we did encounter some. I had one and I think Craig found 3 the whole time we were there. Thanks so much for watching Tony!! We hope y'all are doing well and staying safe!

This trail has been on my list for a while. I drove through Ponca, but didn't have time for the hike. Now I have to go! Great video
Definitely a must do trail. If you can catch it in the wetter season it would probably be even more spectacular! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful hike guys, was an awesome area even if a bit busy
