- How to become a trainer in skill India. This is a complete video on TOT & Job profile of a trainer in Skill India. This video also includes a clear concept on 'Platform' which is a very important part of TOT training.
TOT training has been made compulsory for all Domain Trainers. One has to undergo this TOT program and clear all the exams , which are a part of of the program before becoming a trainer in Skill India.
The 10 days Training is really interesting and you get to know a lot. Topics like Ecosystem of skill India, different projects run by the government, good traits of a trainer etc are discussed during the program.

Soft skill trainer kaise banna hai TOT certified.
बिना TOT के भी आप soft skills के trainer बन सकतें हैं, वैसे Soft skill trainer के लिए एक certification training ( 10days) होती हैं जो आपको Training center करवा देगी।

Madam, NSTI ( national skill training institute) हैं जो DGT ( Directorate General Training) के दूवारा चलाया जाता हैं।
इसमें faculty कैसे बने.... ( आपका यही सवाल हैं)...
Institute/ organization time to time notification जारी करती हैं ( payroll या full time job के लिए)... इसके लिए आपको इसकी website time to time check करना होगा।

Madam, अगर आप master trainer की eligibility criteria fulfill करती हैं तो आप master trainer बन सकतीं हैं। आप किसी TP या NSDC को approach करें।

Skill development / SKILL INDIA ke project में trainer के रूप में काम कर सकते हैं... हर साल किसी एक राज्य में instructor की vecancy आती हैं, आप उसमें भी try कर सकती हैं...etc..

Sir, the process is same......check the eligibility criteria...and appear for the TOT exam for the master trainer.....Trainer, master trainer, assessor / master assessor का एक साथ ही exam होता है।
