The instrument toy mentioned is called violyre! This is Kyo's second band (now he's got 3 🙃) If you're more into melodic stuff I strongly recommend Sukekiyo, they're literally mindblowing! But Diru also have not only heavy, but many beautiful songs, hope you'll continue checking them out too - my suggestions would be Ain't afraid to die and Vanitas!
Alex, it is so beautiful to see you experiencing these songs and my two favorite bands :D sukekiyo are much more experimental rock than metal. This is the band Kyo started after the experience of nearly loosing his voice. I think you can see why he needed to do that. Sukekiyo enables him to do even more than what is possible with Dir en grey. They are under no schedule and frequently collaborate with other artists form outside the music world [their latest release came with ceramic art. They frequently have performing artists on stage and so on] Each release has a distinctive sound. Their first one [where this is from] had lots of ballads with spanish guitars, piano and violyre but also some heavy ones that border on metal. It's overall pretty dark compared to their album Adoratio which is more progressive and where they started to incorporate more electronic sounds. This really is a playfield for experimentation to each band member and you can see how much fun they have to challenge each other and create new things together - often things outside the members own comfort zone. Infinitum went even more electronic but felt darker in comparison. At the moment they are incorporating 80s pop into their music - not just sound-vise but by using similar production techniques and so on. I think it would be interesting to see you react to their newest pv release coming from here but I think you would enjoy their early ballads most? Dir en grey also have a huge variety of ballads and their latest album is magnificent. I am with Valerie Ando here because I would also love to see a reaction to Vanitas :) Thank you for the reaction and thank you to your awesome patron who requested these!!
Thank you for your reaction! This is Kyo's second project. His most recent project is Petit Brabancon. If you like this song, Kugui by Sukekiyo is amazing too for that dream-like state you're mentioning. Dir en Grey, Sukekiyo, and Petit Brabancon are all amazing, so please take your time getting to know them, they won't disappoint 😊👍 Enjoy your journey!
Well, Sukekiyo is very very experimental and I think were the most creative part of Kyo comes out. Every album is a whole new world. So far I think my favourite one is Adoratio but all of them are great on its own. I always say that Kyo has a song for every mood across his three projects/bands
I highly recommend watching the whole set from the Persausio DVD this is from. They opened with Elisabeth Addict and it really captivates you. Before you know it you’ll watch the whole show
Thank you for the reaction! This was a very good set of songs 😊 I hope to see more from them on your channel in the future. Petit Brabancon have only released one album so far but Kyo uses much more harsh vocals there and the compositions are simpler for the most part compared to Dir en grey and sukekiyo. They have strong Nu-Metal influences so I don't think you would like them as much as sukekiyo or Dir en grey who have a lot of ballads and uniquely beautiful instrumentation as well. But a comparison between the three bands is very interesting and astonishing. Just imagining that there are only months between the filming of "Don't forget" (Petit Brabancon) and "mozaiku shoujo" makes me feel dizzy. My suggestions for sukekiyo would be "kisses", "Uso" and "In All Weathers".
Man, you might like a lot of sukekiyo - it's a lot lighter, super melodic and really instrumental, incredible use of piano and acoustic guitar. Some of it is REALLY pop, even, pretty electronic and experimental. So glad you're enjoying it!
I'm so happy u're enjoying sukekiyo 🤗🤗🤗 U could try focus. This side project from Kyo makes more experimental things than Dir en grey. They mix many eletronic things with the stupidly progressive instrumentals the band does
Sukekiyo use a lot of 80ies stuff in their last videos. Also Petit Brabancon is really nice, Kyos third band. The thing about Kyo is he as an 100% autodidact vocal-wise and that is fascinating me the most.

I just had this feeling he would enjoy this song alot.
Aftermath, in all weathers, hakudaku, aoguroi hysteria - all great sukekiyo songs!
when Elizabeth addict is beautiful, dir en grey for me 100%
You know a piece of art is sublime when its intrinsic beauty naturally gets you a bit teary (6:09).

This song is legitimately so beautiful.
This was fantastic! I hope you can do more of this band in the future they have a very versatile catalogue.

Sukekiyo is amazing.
Kyo is vocalist in three bands.
Another song of this style is Kisses - Sukekiyo. The high notes hit home.
Good reaction!!
If it's a sukekiyo song, try listening to “鵠"too. It's a very beautiful song.
鵠(kugui)=swan

sukekiyoの"Valentia"と"首吊り遊具"と"kisses"をリアクションして欲しいです☺️

He's currently in THREE. :>
Check out Petit Brabancon. :D
Kyo is a vocal master. Well Japan is that way, but Kyo is another level.
in this video he is 45 years old and has no formal singing lessons
You should check the song Vanitas from Dir En Grey🤘
Please react to HammerFall - Brotherhood or One Against the World
Reaction JIJIJI - Indio Solari (Argentina)
