Couldnt agree more about the "volute". I thought maybe you were exaggerating but I just got a 2023 Ghost 8 and its terrible. Definitely a deal breaker for me too.
I’m honestly thinking about getting one but when he mentions that it scares me because I play a lot on the 1st fret just woundering if I should pass on it ?
Headless an improvement???? Make the video!!! Btw u have to check out Fishman actives from both Polyphia guitarists. Not a fan of the band but their pickups are absolutely amazing.
Cool vid Chris. Love the finish. Wish they had a bridge like that on the cheaper import headless. Btw. How many axes do you currently own? Curious to know 😅
This is one of the ones you’ve covered that I can here the tonal difference in the pick-up positions most easily… cool guitar, but yeah, wtf is up with that neck design???
Really thinking about getting the 7 string version is the end of the neck part your talking about a deal breaker ? Cuz honestly I play a lot on the 1st and 2nd frets just woundering if I should pass on getting it ?
I hope you send it back and demand a refund due to that dumb ass feature. Makes no sense. It's definitely not obvious on their website pics or video either.

I own the G6FX, no problem at all at 1st fret, chords, riff, anything. It simply invites you to play in a correct posture

@@KristianHeartmusic if you're afraid of that get the 10th anniversary made in Japan which has the volute on the #0 fret
I’d be interested in your video on why you prefer headless guitars. I haven’t got to mess around with any headless guitars yet but I’ve been tempted
Late reply but they are just wayyy lighter. The headstock ads a surprising amount of weight that has to be supported by your left wrist.

Does it chug?

32 total. 2 Headless bass, 4 regular bass, 12 Headless guitars, 13 regular electric guitars and 1 acoustic.

Does it comes with bag?
It did.

For me, it was a deal breaker. I've since sold this guitar. Hated the way the end of the neck felt.
sand the volute down!
