  • This is my EASY all butter biscuit recipe. Air Fryer Biscuits made from SCRATCH Ninja Foodi Grill Recipes. You can also bake these biscuits in a standard oven or any air fryer with a few adjustments.
I made these in my Ninja Foodi Grill on the "BAKE" mode.
Buy the Ninja Foodi Grill on AMAZON amzn.to/2Z46jsj

The recipe is mine but I learned the technique of baking the biscuits with the scraps on from Erica Council of Southern Souffle. She says this may be a regional way of baking biscuits from North Carolina. Have you ever seen biscuits baked this way?
    Biscuit Recipe makes 6 biscuits
    2 cups of all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon of baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
    1 teaspoon of kosher salt
1 tablespoon of granulated white sugar
1 stick (8 tablespoons) of unsalted butter, FROZEN
    3/4 cup of full-fat buttermilk
1 tablespoon of melted butter to brush on the top
I used the "BAKE" setting on my Ninja Foodi Grill at 400 degrees for 12 minutes
If you bake these biscuits in the oven increase the temperature to 425 degrees

Air fryer all-butter biscuits made in the Ninja Foodi Grill! What are you eating with these biscuits? Jelly, honey, sausage, egg, and cheese?

I've just started following you because I just got the Ninja Foodi Smart 7-in-1 Grill/Griddle. You do a great job of showing the technique through slow-motion and close-up camera work. I just made my first biscuits @ 72 years old. It was the TicTok 7 Up biscuits. I've gotta try yours.

I just made these and oh my goodness, they are so good. My husband even commented that by leaving the additional dough on it keeps the biscuits so moist. He said these are definitely a keeper. Thank you for sharing your recipe and new technique. I also love my xl grill, it makes cooking easier. I enjoy your videos as you explain everything and show each step. I appreciate your efforts.

Demetra, can you make parathas in the Ninja Foodi Max grill and air fryer? Do you have a recipe, if so? The butter biscuits look so delicious - my mouth's watering! They look very similar to our English scones, which we traditionally serve cut in half through the middle with clotted cream and jam for afternoon tea.
By the way, you have such a lovely voice - so calm and soothing! I could listen to you all day!

Your biscuits look yummy. We both use full-fat buttermilk, but I prefer lard over butter. I just got my Ninja Air Fryer this week and will make my biscuits in it tomorrow morning. Were your biscuits brown on the bottom? I had to flip my Pillsbury cinnamon rolls today.

These biscuits are made with all purpose flour. I usually use White Lily flour which is a soft winter wheat but these biscuits come out tasty using standard all purpose flour like Gold Medal.
