I only just got an air fryer and I'm surprised.
I would never put a prime cut in it, I'd stick to the traditional brown, seal in Dutch oven and let braise for 5 hours on 190-200,
Great vid thanks will try my yorks In it.

Hi Mr smith, If you cook for five ours in a Dutch oven I would guess any meat would taste fantastic. 👏👏👏👏👌👍

Those Yorkshire puddings looked really good . I love brisket I usually do it in my ninja 15in1 on the slow cooker setting it's always very tender.

Hi Wendy, you can’t go far wrong with slow cooking. This brisket was really good though, that’s funny I’ve just put Yorkshire puddings in the turbo blaze and dual blaze. 😂😂😂😂❤️😍🥰😘👍

That looks bliddy lovely Graham. I haven't had a dinner today as been in the garden pruning the climbing roses 😅. So I will pop to Aldi in the morning and get a bit of brisket as that looks lovely. Going to try your Victoria sponge aswell tomorrow but in the silicone cakes holders I have. Hopefully they all turn out as good as yours😊. Only difference I will do is use the bake setting as all my baking is done on that. Yesterday I made banana cake, sausage rolls and apple pastries. Really pleased with them all. Great vlogs today Graham and hi to Wendy 👋😋😘

Hi kitty, out in the garden, that’s the place to be. It’s been very on and off here with the weather. I didn’t realise I picked up brisket until we went to cook it this morning, Wendy said we should have done it in the slow cooker but we left it to late. It was lovely anyway and with Wendy’s gravy 👌. I’ve been really naughty today, I’ve had tree pieces of Victoria sponge tut tut tut. I forget to use the presets but I’m getting better 😍🥰😘hi from Wendy 👋👋👋👋

Hi, it’s a little confusing. Because we used to pay something like 22.35 per unit. Now we pay a straight 30 pence. I can put .30! I hope that makes some sense. If you look at today’s video at 4 pm you will see we are ok now. Hope that makes sense. 🤞👍

Hi Paul, I’ve gone a bit mad this weekend, it’s been all RUclips. I said to Wendy we will just cook it the way you always have, it’s to expensive to get wrong. It was cooking for a good while but it tasted fantastic although we’ve not had beef for a while. We payed no attention to the Yorkshire puddings and they were great as well 🤷‍♂️👋👋👋👍 I need to slow down as the weather improves 👍

I could just eat that Graham. It looks lovely. The brisket I bought at Xmas was 12 pounds in Lidl and as I mentioned in a previous video it came out tough from the slow cooker. I wouldn't care I bought two of them, one's still in the fridgefreezer.

Hi Sandra, I didn’t realise that was you, it’s not know for being tender. We’ve been ok so far, I wonder if it just needs longer. I don’t know much but I wonder if you should cut it into smaller pieces if you can. We do tend to overcook. Our last piece is in the slow cooker now, it’s in small cubes and I’ve still given it about 6 hours.

Your dinner turned out lovely, I haven't had brisket or chine in years, there isn't really any butchers around where I live, they sadly have all seemed to have gone over the year's. There isn't even a close supermarket where I live, which is outrageous, living in a city suburb. I have never seen either brisket or chine, or breast of lamb sold in the supermarkets either. It's a poor show all round.❤

@@Pauline-qv1ws that sounds lovely, although I live in Birmingham, there doesn't seem to be much choice, so much for living in a big city, like I said to Graham it's a dump. All the food shops butchers and green grocers went years ago along with 2 supermarkets, it's now all solicitors, dress shops, estate agents etc, what once used to be a very thriving and busy stretch of road now longer sells any food, all taken over by a different nationality. Not even a bank bakery or pub now, hasn't been for years. It's sad to see. Welsh lamb is the best, hope you enjoy it.👍
