Ganesh आज Thinkitive company के founder हैं. ये काफ़ी गरीब परिवार से थे. बचपन से ही ये पढ़ाई में काफ़ी अच्छे थे और इनके मां-बाप ने इन्हें अच्छी शिक्षा प्रदान करी. इनका शुरू से ही business करने का मन करता था. शुरुआती दौर में इन्होंने 1 job की जिसमें ये काफ़ी देर तक काम किया करते थे लेकिन कुछ समय बाद इन्हें एहसास हुआ कि जो ये इतनी देर तक काम कर पाते हैं वो इसलिए है क्योंकि वो उस काम को enjoy करते हैं तो इन्होंने सोचा कि क्यों ना वही मेहनत अपने business में लगाई जाए तो इस सोच के साथ ही इन्होंने अपना startup चालू किया.
शुरू में ख़राब founding team की वजह से इनके startup में काफ़ी मुश्किलें आईं लेकिन आज इनका 100 करोड़ की turnover वाला अपना business है.

He wanted to do business from the very beginning. In the initial phase, he did 1 job in which he used to work for a long time, but after some time he realised that what he is able to work for so long is because he enjoys that work, so he thought why not If the same hard work is put in his business. Then with this thinking he started his startup.
