पर कोई भी यूपीएससी से ये सवाल क्यों नहीं पूछ रहा है कि आखिर जब पूजा से एम्स हॉस्पिटल द्वारा जारी दिव्यांग सर्टिफिकेट मांगा गया था तो आखिर कैसे किसी दूसरे हॉस्पिटल द्वारा जारी सर्टिफिकेट को मान्यता देते हुए पूजा को सेलेक्ट कर लिया, इसके पीछे यूपीएससी के कौन कौन अधिकारी ज़िम्मेदार हैं और उनका नाम सार्वजनिक रूप से उजागर किया जाए।

yes, this is common in NEET also, i belong to aiims bbsr, i have my batchmates who have misused pwd category and ews category to get into this prestigious college with not so good marks, and they make mockery of our govt officers who take money and help in getting these fake certificates.

i even know a senior who went to aiims delhi with a fake ews certificate, her both parents were rich doctors from mumbai, who flew frequently in flights to meet her, how can she belong to EWS ...

6:12 the Solution to this problem is simple. Just do the document verification for only selected(qualified) candidates. If the documents are not valid then just cancel the candidature for that candidate and select than move to the next candidate. Why wasting time and energy for checking all the candidates?

Why not do a detailed check on all submitted documents for the selected prelim candidates, also declare the final result provisional to verification of all documents. How to plug tricks used to avail EWS and Caste reservation benefits? How come a person who himself is working in class grade job avail EWS benefit? He is there, means he has the means to reach there and now is not EWS. Same for creamy layer OBCs - How to avoid taking advantage of technical loopholes.

Central examination may be confined to only central services, not for the state district and regional and regional services and needs.
All examinations should be at the state or district in local languages as needed.
Executives as well as the Ministry must be called for to bring out the truth.
I think UPSC needs to be stricter in examination and evaluation of certificates. At the very least, information on the Aadhar Card, SSLC (or high school) certificate, and degree certificates should match. In case of EWS benefits, need for submission of IT returns may be considered.
