It's great for those special times a few times a month! I try not to wear them too much because then i hate the way i look without them haha but also it's better for the hair to not be tugged on!

My hair is very thin and no volume but I was introduce to aveda thickening tonic and volumizing tonic let me just tell you they are game changer. I have use them for years now and they give so much volume and make such a difference on my hair
