I hope you’re all having a blessed second day of the fast! It’s a late breakfast for me, but tasty and satiating. What kinds of foods do you eat during the fast?
Yum! That sounds delicious! The Orthodox fast doesn’t allow Eggs, so some days I make a tofu scramble with avocado and potatoes, and it’s also very tasty.
As a catechumin, I only remembered the fast today. 39 days, instead of 40. Oops! That looks really nice. I'll be sticking to simple recipes. Have you tried the dates, stuffed with peanut butter, and topped with chocolate? They taste just like Snickers.
That’s okay! Never too late to start, fasting can be difficult to implement into your life until much later. And thank you! I’ve never tried the date trick before, but I’ve heard it’s absolutely delicious! I want to try it soon!

I love avocado toast! Blessed Fast.
Ooooo girl that bread looks heavenly
It was very tasty! I love sourdough.
Our common breakfast that we have almost every school morning is one big slice of toasted sourdough with avocado and two eggs
