840HP Ferrari Daytona SP3: V12 Engine Sound, Accelerations & Burnouts!

- The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is the second special and limited edition car of Ferrari's "Icona" project, aimed at creating special cars inspired by the great models of the past and which had its beginning with the Monza (SP1 and SP2).
The SP3 pays homage to the 60s mid-rear-engined Ferrari V12 sport prototypes which managed a hat-trick finish for Ferrari during the 1967 Daytona 24 Hours: the 330 P3/4, the 330 P4 and the 412P.
It's been developed starting from a LaFerrari chassis with the body of a 2-door targa. It's powered by the Ferrari F140 HC engine, a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 revving up to 9,500 rpm and able to produce 840hp at 9,250 rpm. The Daytona SP3 is the first road-going Ferrari to feature a mid-mounted 12-cylinder engine without electric hybrid support systems since the 2002 Ferrari Enzo.
599 examples will be built from 2022.

a V12 sound would never go wrong 😍😍
That driver controls the car perfectly damn
Love the retro style of the tail. Very beautiful car.
Overall, great looking car. I have reservations about the horizontal bars across the back. Although, when the Testarossa came out, I wasn't enamored about the cheese-slicer sides, but it grew on me.
I actually love the rear view the most. It looks like a 1970s concept car while the rest is pretty usual hypercar look.
@@THE_Michael_Westen yes I totally agree. The back looks fantastic.
It looks like a 90s/2000s ferrari
@@THE_Michael_Westen The front also kind of has that look. The zany grill pattern continues around to the front, and it just adds a different feel to it.
Its an homage to the Ferrari P5 concept car

I've only just found out about this car, but I think it looks sublime!!! I love the styling of it so so much. It almost looks like a mid-90s concept car. Seriously gorgeous!!
Best looking Ferrari (and only other good looking one besides the 296 GTB and Portofino) since the Monza SP's. I love the body. Very cool rear styling.
Sounds quiet compared to the T.50 and Valkyrie. But it's one of the better looking recent Ferraris.
At least it doesn't look like a driving antique chair
Silencioso até demais
It's because this car only revs up to 9000 rpm while the Valkyrie and T.50 can revs up to 11000 rpm
Those silencers om a v12 is like puting socks into Pavarotti's mouth
Like the retro look
This has to be the first car that ive seen doing an actual burnout on that roundabout
2:40 What that kid said made me cry…⛈
2:50 and then getting silenced by FXX-K evo
👌sweeeeet thanks Bozzy loving all your top notch coverage off Goodwood ❤
Perfect machine!!
The testa rossa DNA is strong in this one
One of my favorite cars
Lovely !
Seen one in black, looked stunning 😍
This "new" Ferrari is all about the show, the sound and the exclusivity. Much as I hate to admit it, as a committed petrol head, we are now in an era where Hyper EV's are setting new benchmarks in performance which are impossible to reach with ICE powered offerings. They may not be top performance dog anymore but I'd still take the whole driving experience of a thoroughbred, multi piston fuel burner like this anyday👍😀.
Well done, wild enough.
Well done Ferrari, its wonderful
the flames are nice
Magnificent
Awesome looking. Very quiet though.
Some guy bought a yellow one, my god. How great!
Refers at the back to the 250 P5 Speciale concept from '68. I don't like the wasp waist, though.
So beautiful 😍
Interesting design, but wow is that thing quiet!
Ok we have modern Daytona, now imagine a modern Testarossa
it sounds so muted... "Theatre " is a main component
Needs straight pipes quick
❤❤❤❤❤ Ferrari
Engine sounds great but v12 a bit muted compared to the 812 or previous F12. Are not even Ferraris safe from the scourge of petrol particulate filters!?
Loos stunning & great, as usual top of the Line Ferrari.
But the sound is kinda quiet.
Louder exhaust would be perfect
Supercars always sound quite at Goodwood due to being in the open. On the road they sound louder
@@latbeast If you watch the videos about the T50, it sounds anything but quiet... 😅
@@effecinquanta3649 I was at Goodwood so heard it first hand, sounded average for a v12. Ferraris sounded much better
@@latbeast I really don't know how can you say this but ok 🤔
@@effecinquanta3649 I was there, sound is not what you think when you hear it in person
wow
Definitely something you see from Hot Wheels great looking design
Esse carro devia ter uma opção de câmbio manual, seria a obra prima moderna da Ferrari
Well, thanks to GPF for ruining what is undoubtedly a wonderful sounding V12 😭
Nice nice nice . . . 💛💛💛🤗😘
I'll be able to save for the Lego technic version when it comes to a toy store near me...
Exhaust sound while maximum rpm
Does anyone saw that shoot flame
What' a car..!
The people who work here have the best jobs in the world!
Building that car in Lego form rn
the suspension is a *little soft. but no one can use the centrifugal dampners.. whos fault was that again?
It feels like the track is icy and the tyres 20 years old :D No grip at all, but damn!!! this goes fast and well and sounds good! Who need electric BS anyway?
I'm giving up on any car videos from Europe they only drive in the rain
Top D+++ DJ play jorgepalmermix salvador bahia Brazil deixando um salve
For a v12 it's pretty quiet.
It seems a bit quiet tbh
Stunning looking car, however I think the concept of the full-width light strip at the back is a bit overused nowadays. Still very "futuristic" looking.
I don't mind the rear but the very busy Frontend doesn't go well with the beautifully sculpted body.
@@askeladden450 The bright yellow doesn't help either
Manufacturers use the long strip lights to meet the surface area specs while keeping a slim profile. The car wouldn't look right with some bulbous red covers in the back
Ferrari should have kept on with the F40, F50... anniversary cars.
2:40
Would sound amazing without the particulate filter that Europe requires
When your 2012 RS5 V8 which sounds absolutely quiet stock, sounds like a car with a race exhaust compared to this ferrari.
I've entered RUclips for something else, but here I am....
I absolutely love the design and esthetics of this car . As I watched the tire smoking circular " brodie" that the driver did , I couldn't help wonder what multi billionaire celebrity knucklehead would be the first to destroy one of these rare 3+ millon $ beauties while doing something stupid to abuse the car ?!
The taillights are very Testarossa.
Ferrari refuses to design an ugly auto.
Great comment. But I'm forced to say...the Roma says hello.
@@hakeemsd70m It's an understated elegance that isn't intimidating.
More of a daily driver than a track day car.
Corvette blended with early Lamborghini and a rather plain sedan front end light configuration.
Not the worst.
Ferrari : Afterburner
🎼🎵🎶
Looks like the radiators British people have in the house
Very good looking car, but yellow doesn't fit.
2:47 音が物足りない
うるさい v12じゃないね
I:09 what car is that?..is that a Ferrari?
Do you mean the red one? Yes, it's the Ferrari SP38 Deborah, one of those unique projects made by Ferrari in previous years
@@19Bozzy92 ouh got it thankyouu
It looks lika a banana
Wait to go to Ferrari to finally build a car that doesn't have a pointless hybrid system. More automotive manufacturers need to ditch the obsolete technology. Only problem is; where the hell is the sound? Can barely hear it.
The sound is muted because of opf euro 6 regulations
You won't know the sound until you hear it in person. Digital microphones cannot pick up loud varying volume very well
Wow, he did a donut burn out. He's so special. Lol.
It’s perfect …
Looks too fat to me. The chassis and powertrain allow a better job on that aspect.
too quiet
Not a fan of how the back of it looks.
To develop the style for the rear of this car, they just repeatedly hit it with the ugly stick!
The designer was told about the Testasrossa, but had never actually seen one. And black rims. There is nothing else silver on the car. Come on!
Missed. Opportunity. Deception design. 8 cars glued. Togedaa.... 1970's hand bag.... Garbigi
After the LaFerrari, Ferrari have gone the wrong way.
this v12 sounds worst than a honda vtec
For sure the best modern Ferrari. However, not the best Ferrari of all time
No thanks where is the iconic ferrari V12 sound?, I will take the 458 Italia any day of the week over this.
Feerari please stop trying to bring the 80s back . This looks shite
McLaren T50 looks more Ferrari than this...
Looks catoonish. Disproportionate. Forced.
Mai visto una Ferrari cosi brutta
Half of the car is preety. The rest is hideous.
Ugly car but great sound
