Acceptance of change has accompanied me on my journey through out my life and has been instrumental in the journey toward healing 2 traumatic brain injuries. I know this is my new normal that I am building toward; not returning to that which I left behind me. The steps laid out in your presentation have also walked with me. Frequently the road has been 1 step forward, 2 back as I navigate the road. I was taught from a young age that change is a constant; at times gradual, other times as fast as an avalanche, tsunami, forest fire, or flood; rapid bends in the road veering off in a new direction; that these changes were necessary to new growth. Thank you for making these podcasts available. I now include a little bit of your beautiful soul in my growing.
