The day Takumi blew up the engine, it was also the day he showed the most potential, following a superior car across the board, on a road he didn't even know about, and Kyoichi only manages to leave it behind on a straight

@Bradley James Batt Bro, he revved the shit outta it. 12k RPMs. There is a limit to NA power, a supercharger would have gotten him more power. (or a turbo charger, but turbo lag exists)

Ironically, it was because the girl who he liked, was a THOT !! And he discovered it, she was dating an older man, and on their last date, Takumi saw they leaving together. Of course, out of rage and sadness, he went to race, which in the end, doomed the old 4A-GE

Bunta said the motor was going to go anyway but that he was just driving it at the time which is right because the motor if not rebuilt had over 700000 km on it and had been runing for over 15 years

The way Sudo complemented Takumi from 2nd until the Final Stage made me happy because he saw his potential as a racer. Even the time Tak's engine blown, Kyoichi told some statements that made Takumi struck his mind. Sudo is the best advisor for Takumi (aside from Ryosuke).
The graphics of the 3rd stage is so realistic
The fact that takumi was able to keep up with a very worn out 4age is just unbelievable but even more they knew that the 86 engine was gonna fail it was just incredible

I love the first half of this video. It really conveys the feeling of sadness and despair Takumi felt, and how he channeled it into that race. Easily one of my favourite AMVs on RUclips.

Honestly Third Stage has the best graphical appearance out of any of the stages. It still has the contrast between the cgi cars and 2d characters but the cgi graphics are at their best for the time and even include colored lighting along with the car's headlights and taillights interacting with the environment. Even the movement of the cars looks fluid and pretty realistic.
On top of that the style of the characters is closer to resembling the style of First Stage and the lighting around them is almost perfect, if not a little too dark. Even then, it only seems a bit too dark when it's supposed to be dark.
The song fits perfectly to amv👍

This Pissed off Takumi vs any of his previous racers (not counting Ryoske)... dam that 86 would have been hunted and burned like in the middle ages branded as an abomination...
Too correct about that. Takumi also showed his true speed against Shingo Shoji in Legend Stage / 1st Stage, attacking in a way to both dent the car and increase speed, due to Shingo having rammed the 86. Two racers that never knew how they lost, against those like Keisuke who knew why they lost and accepted it. All of these racers, including the final driver in their 86 Coupe, would indeed hunt down that 86.
