For me, The episodes with Count Dooku is easily the biggest highlight of the show.

You should definitely watch TCW/Rebels for more context on things. Editing the first 2 seasons down like this reaction & binging them in a few sittings might be an easier way of getting past that slow point of the series (they were developed at the same time) because Season’s 3 - 7 is where the show really shines like Tales does. The same with Rebels but it’s the first Season.

You should really watch the Clone Wars to get a better understanding of Ahsoka. The show was where she was introduced and is by far the most content with her in it. It’s also just a really good show.
She is arguably the de facto protagonist of that entire show.

Have you seen The Clone Wars? The episode where Anakin has her being stunned over and over as part of her training was instrumental in saving her life during Order 66. Just makes it all the more so tragic that the same person who cared so much for her, and indirectly saved her life, fell to such darkness becoming Vader

So does Qui-hon. His legends lore is really interesting.
Fun fact: Ahsoka’s species are called Togruta, and their head tails are hollow and can be used for echolocation.
And, they don’t have 👂🏻 like twilek, except males with elf 👂🏻.
And oh how I wish they would acknowledge that fact because it is so dope and useful. It could even be a contributing factor for why Shaak Ti was so adept in her telekinesis in Legends being able to control things without line of sight or gestures to the point even someone as adept as Plo Koon praised her skills. It is also pointed out how her echolocation made her super effective in group battles as she was better able understand the complexity of the movements of those around her. Unfortunately Disney probably did away with most of her feats and gave her a lame death just getting a surprise backstab from Anakin rather than the formerly canon Star Wars: The Force Unleashed version of things which is way better. In any case I wish they would address and even make it a focal point in Ahsoka's combat every now and then that she has echolocation. It definitely was a very interesting missed opportunity in TCW. They could have incorporated that into her ToTJ episode where she was training to defend against the clones from all direction as further explanation for why she is so effective at it.

What makes the animation so godlike is Joel Aron, the director of cinematography, lighting and VFX. The dude just gets better and better.

They are probably the best Star Wars content currently out there right now besides The Mandalorian. And another word on Andor its HBO quality and its an intelligent written series level above anything else. May the Force be with you always!

I don’t think 💭 that’s going to happen, when Disney only gets PG-13 or TV-14 on Disney +.
I think the closest we ever got to that was Revenge of the Sith, like there is no blood on that movie but it is violent as heck for a Star Wars movie, Dooko losing his hand and head, Obi Wan exploding Greivous heart and then Anakin turning into barbecue.

To be honest I liked Jedi masters PLO Koon, and Qui Gon Jinn, at least they showed more sympathy towards others, and weren’t just sticklers for the rules like Mace Windu was. I think that those 2 embodied what the Jedi should’ve been.
Make sure you check out Andor. Easily the best Star Wars content since Empire Strikes Back. Overall one of the best shows of the year.
In Filoni we trust. You're lucky. You get to watch The Clone Wars and Rebels which were also Filoni stories and some of the best Star Wars content out there.

Dooku was definitely the highlight of the show, giving him so much character and development as to why he sided with Sidious. He wasn't wrong too, the Jedi were pompous fools that allowed themselves to be blinded by what was in front of them and is why they fell. It was nice seeing Sidious walking right into the shadows in the beginning and Yaddle to the left to show their paths, and towards the end Yaddle was trying to shine some light and hope to Dooku before the darkness consumed him.

We’ve gotten so much Ahsoka, her episodes are bit underwhelming, but still good. Her third one especially if you’ve read the Ahsoka novel, which is basically the same story but longer and with some differences.

Anakin's descent into darkness was well portrayed.
Because some Jedi never completely loved him, didn't respect him, didn't trust him, didn't take him seriously and even despised him.
As a child before Obi-Wan started teaching him, he was hated and psychologically bullied by other children "Anakin is a slave to his feelings" and that was only because of envy because he was much more gifted and skilled than them.
That's why he was closer to darkness until the Clone Troopers, and in Palpatine he saw a father figure who supports him.

In the animated film and the series The Clone Wars and Rebels, they fight in various ways. But when you prefer the played form.
Well, at least I suggest that you watch the Chosen One, Kenobi, 501st |Our Duty videos from the RUclips channel "Hero Fans Productions" and the Maul Hatred from the "Darth Porg" channel.

On Mustafar, Padme almost got him from the dark side, but Obi-Wan discovered him and screwed it up.
Anakin "Vader" built his castle on Mustafar and thanks to the two sbosobs he tried to revive Padmé but he could not see it due to the fact that Luke and Leya were already born, they were the only ones preventing it with their existence.
Too bad he didn't find "Word between Wolrds" on the planet Lothal. He would create an alternate Reality or go through all of history. ;)

Actually in rare cases Jedi are allowed to marry. For instance Ki Adi Mundi (the big headed dude on the Council) was allowed to marry because his species had such a long gestation period

I really enjoyed these short episodes and I really enjoyed Ahsoka's backstory on where she's from and also Dooku's story arc on how he was a jedi and how he turned to the Dark Side.

When Dooku wishes Qui Gon was still with them in AOTC, because of this show, I really believe he was genuine. If he survived that duel with Maul, he would've brought Dooku back to the light.
The jedi typically discover someone is force sensitive when they’re very young. Remember they said Anakin, a 9 year old, was too old to train? I don’t think we’ve ever been told the youngest but we have seen at least one toddler closer to baby ahsoka

There’s actually an audiobook called Dooku Jedi Lost that gives his backstory. Not what we see in these episodes, but basically the majority of his time as a jedi
Hi! First things first. For clarifications & additional points of view especially for other commenters reading. My purpose is to also share my knowledge as I’ve done most of the research regarding Star Wars.
1) Count Dooku is leader of the Separatist aka (CIA - Confederacy of Independent Systems)
2) The Clone Wars only lasted for 3 years.
3) Clone Troopers & Stormtroopers are 2 different things. That’s like judging a book by it’s cover. How? Because they’re white & have similar armor. That’s like saying anyone who’re wearing glasses are nerds. Yes, but Clones are Clones. Stormtroopers are enlisted civilians exactly like in our world where we all have different physique. However, there are still small pockets of clones left under Lord Vader who’re considered Stormtroopers.
Clone production were absolutely decommissioned due to them being expensive. Instead of cloning, the Empire goes for our usual recruiting of civilians just like in our world because it deducts half the cost - “cheaper”. This is where the meme stormtrooper aim comes from but Clones are far superior because they’re trained from birth. Age acceleration is how it’s done to get quick adult Clones. The Clones’ age vary. Yes, most Clones in combat are 10 years old but more matured, trained & age fast.

The Republic vs the Separatist Alliance aka (CIA - Confederacy of Independent Systems)
Clones vs The Droid army
Galactic Civil War:
The Empire vs The Rebellion
People (Empire) vs People (Rebels)
4) Inquisitors are equivalent to that of a Padawan. They hunt for what’s left of the Jedi & didn’t fight them in the any war. The Inquisitors were established after the Empire was formed not during the Clone Wars. Ahsoka had years of experience which is how that Inquisitor died easily. Therefore, Ahsoka is a war veteran who had fought probably a +100 battles on different planets vs somebody who hasn’t fought an actual Jedi & has less experience in dealing with them.
She had fought tough villains such as Ventress, Grevious, Maul, etc. Not to mention, saved many younglings if you guys recall those episodes mostly by her own.
She learned from Rex if you guys recall that too. “In my book, experience outranks everything.” - Cpt. Rex
Lastly, how he knew her name is because they studied the Jedi by going through the archives that the Empire still retains. Essentially, data records, journals, etc.
SPOILER WARNING:
The last episode of the Clone Wars in the Season finale where she dropped her lightsaber was to make sure that everyone will think that she had died in the crash of the ship. Her saber is just for proof to convince.
If you're surprised about Ahsoka's mom's behavior you have to remember that the Togruta species is evolved from carnivorus predators.
While marriage and attachment is officially forbidden by the CURRENT jedi order, banging is not.... So maybe?
(Also KiAdiMundi , the conehead jedi, was officially authorized and permitted to be married with multiple Wives and has many children.... This was part of an endangered species repopulation program... So every "rule" has an exception) Maybe anakin should have just filed a request with HR.
Also lightsabers are not mood rings you have to make a red saber it doesn't just switch cause you hold it.
Anakin's training regimen shows you how not to make a Mary Sue (Rey), And he actually gives her the tools to survive for Order 66.

Yadle was in the prequel of the prequel movies but she was not important she was only in the background
Fun fact. When Ashoka beat that Inquisitor with his own Lightsaber... She took his red crystal and purified them and that's where she got the crystals that she used to make her white lightsabers you see later in her life.

There is theories that Yoda and Yaddle are the parents of Grogu.
I instead have the theory that Grogu and Anakin was born very close to each other. Palpatine and Darth Plageius manipulated the midi-chlorians to create Anakin, a product of the dark side of the Force. So the light side responded and created Grogu. That is my own theory.
The thing with Jedi are that they are not to form attachment. You can marry, you can get children. But you can not form attachments to them.
For me, the best way to explain the jedi code is this.
You need to be able to do the right thing for the galaxy. If the best thing is to sacrifice yourself, you sacrifice yourself. If the best thing is to let 5 people die so you can save 200 people, you are supposed to let 5 people die. Even if they are your own family. That's why attachments is so dangerous. You will be ready to do anything to save the one you have attachment to. Just watch what Anakin was willing to do to save Padmé.
Jedi Master Ki-adi Mundi(conehead) is of a race that has issues with birth rates. Only 10% of the population are male. So each male has a couple of wifes and tries to get as many children as possible just to get 1 male to secure the future of the spieces. Normal is to have 5-11 wifes. Ki-Adi Mundi in legends had 3 wifes and 9 children. All girls. But he only spent about 3 months with the children before he stoped spending time with the children. Just to keep himself from getting attachment.
To be fair, Dooku wasn't wrong. He just allowed himself to be corrupted by his anger and dissatisfaction with the Jedi's complacence about the rampant corruption in the Senate and Republic. Seriously, watch the Clone Wars; its about the best Star Wars content out there.
Dooku is 100% right about the Jedi, and Mace Windu is Example# 1, 2 and 3 for why the order fell! The Jedi long ago forgot they serve the people of the Republic rather than serving a corrupt Senate!
Jedi are too compassionate and will reveal their identity, regardless of risk, when others are endanger.
Ahsoka's actions are a perfect example/reinforcement of a statement made in Obi-Wan Kenobi.
"Jedi cannot help what they are. Their compassion leaves a trail. The Jedi Code is like an itch; (T)he(y) cannot help it"
It’s an amazing series but it’s also a pity you can’t really fully appreciate those shows since you haven’t watched Clone Wars and Rebels, and it’s going to be worse in the future, wether it is for Mando season 3 or obviously for the Ahsoka series for example. So i (and i think a lot more) really suggest you to binge watch them once and for all, you won’t regret this is top notch SW btw.
⚠️ just be careful, Clone Wars release order (season 1,2,3 etc…) is a totall mess, you should follow the chronological order list (on the internet).
