Finding the right size by using your measurement is something that can already be done, the trick is improving the overall fit and positioning of the helmet. Custom fitting helmets requires a lot of patience and experience, it is not something that can be done over the internet (yet). The measurements are important for reference, but the final adjustment comes down to skill. We try a number of different adjustments together with the customer to determine which one improves the fit. Shoei are the only brand in the world to currently offer such a service, and it definitely ups the value of their (already) premium helmets.
@@FortaMoto yeah it would be great if in feature such online service be available from all manufacturers, you just have to fill in the form with digits and have the result of which size to buy. Now, due to coronavirus local shops temporary banned customers from wearing/trying helmets, its a problem how to buy in 2021, so such online service would be great.
One of the most daunting tasks for my odd-shaped egg I've ever taken on. Still don't have a solid helmet. LS2 Challenger GT, but it moves around.
