We went there this past Spring and the whole place is just fun for all ages. The FlyRide itself in my opinion is overall better than Soarin'. This place is underrated and should be on the must see list for people spending a week long trip in the area.
Man it's hard go tear my heart away from Soarin .. but this one is pretty awesome. I was sold when I seen the Blue Angel's and the Navy ship . My son is in the Navy . Thanks for the video, we will have to try this now on our next visit !

This reminds mew of Soarin' in Epcot in Florida. Only difference is they use some distorted views here, probably using a fisheye lens ion those. Thanks for sharing.👍
I watched this because I was terrified (I'm afraid of heights) and seeing that the floor wasn't there anymore made it worse. So I wanted to see what I missed while I closed my eyes and screaming from fear. If the floor wasn't gone I think I would like this ride

Kathy, we are going to do a FlyRide vs SkFly video soon. In summary: Just ride vs ride I found the SkyFly to be more immersive/intense. Cost difference of SkyFly vs FlyRide + Beyond the Lens attraction is only about $3 with 30% off coupon (link in description). You could spend a long time there vs the 45min you spend at SkyFly. If someone likes Disney’s Soarin’, I would recommend trying both 😁
The entire Beyond the Lens attraction honestly surprised me how long we ended up staying there and had a lot of fun! Great for a hot, rainy or cold day Lydia!
I love Soarin’, but Skyfly at the Island really bothered my motion sickness! Did this one seem to have more gentle transitions like Soarin’? It looks like it would be easier on me!

Soarin' is the shortest ride of the 3. This is the longest in duration, but I felt like it was not as intense as SkyFly IMO.
