As a science teacher, I appreciate your careful powers of observation, needed to figure out how to create replicas of the various fruit components out of cake or cake decorating supplies. I think that it would be interesting for you to make a peach and a nectarine cake and show how to contrast their two textures.
I love the strawberry fruit cake you made. It was beautiful. I would love to see a bundle of purple grapes, a Kiwi fruit or maybe a bundle of bananas made into a cake. However, I miss the Mega Cakes you used to make. Those cakes were always fun to watch. But I'm sure they took a lot of time to create.

Just like the other fruits of course, but Dragonfruits are very hard to cake , because of the Dragon-Skin outside and YOU nailed it ! And when you cut it open-wow... My favouite fruits are Strawberries and what you sould cake next: have you ever caked a peach ? ( not as an emojy, a realistic one ) peaches are my other faforite fruits.

Can you go into detail about how to cut your fondant to fit the cake what is your guideline?? Please and do you simply syrup both sides of the cake?
