When I do these simpler videos that are more follow along I don't do the interview format. But you can catch orhan in last weeks video, and the week before. I mostly do interview style videos!
You can!! I did different techniques so you don't have to have a ton of experience. The hardest type of cake to ice is a smooth icing technique but textured is more forgiving
