The car has now 8x18 inch Barracuda rims with the offset of 32mm.
Spacers on the front are 20mm and on the rear 35mm!

I agree the standard wheels are a bit sank. The official catalogue photos from Skoda have the wheels a bit wider - they must have put it on spacers or did some clever photoshoping. This modification with 32mm on the rear and 20 on the front seem a little bit too much in my opinion. I would try to go for 10mm less.
I guess it depends on what wheels are used. For the 20" vega I think the front would be good as is (or would add maybe 5mm) but would add 15mm spacer on the rear.
The setup with the Barracuda rims with the spacers have been only for the winter. In the summer we will mount the 20“ vega with spacers. at the front we measured with 5mm spacers per side. (10mm per axis)
on the rear axle we measured 20mm per side. (40mm per axis) With this setup the Skoda Kodiaq is very tight on the wheels.
Do you have any video showing the Kodiaq with the Vega wheels and the spacers mentioned?

Go to an official Volkswagen dealer.
You can order the difussor from a Kodiaq Sportsline for retrofitting.
Make sure your rear bumper is like the outfit of the sportsline. If yes, you can retrofit the diffuser of sportsline 1: 1.

The mounting takes place as in the video. To order the right spacers, it would be the best to go to a dealer of your brand. Or you mount your winter rims on one side and take the measure from the center of the rim above to the one you know on the fender.
