I get exactly what you mean, when you are travelling the need to be super clean and looking perfect whilst travelling is less, however I always have my toothbrush and paste in my hand luggage so clean teeth was easy to achieve where ever I was 😅😊

Go to the "Snooze Lounge". Can be found on T2 & T1. It's got decent sofa to stretch.

Yeah we checked our luggage. The carryon weight limits have made us have to check our suitcase more than we anticipated
