Lots of emotions in the air in Toronto on Friday as dozens gathered to watch the annual Good Friday procession held by St. Francis of Assisi Church in Little Italy.
This tradition should never stop! God bless!
May the Lord Jesus bless all Catholic families in Canada. Hopefully they will remain faithful and strong in their faith in believing in God, diligently going to church to attend Holy Mass. May husband and wife be faithful to each other and Catholic children be obedient to both of them, living in a Catholic family full of love for one another. So that their children grow up to be Catholic adults who will pass on their faith to future generations. So that God's name will be glorified forever. Amen❤❤

21st April or 14th Nisan in the Biblical calendar which Yeshua kept is the day He was crucified.
The majority of Gentile Christians within institutionalised Christendom will have already commemorated this over a month ago on their man-made observance of "Good Friday".
Yeshua said to the religious elite in His day, that their traditions made the Word of God of none effect. That's why tradition cancels out the actual Feast of Passover, the Day Yeshua died. 🤯

This annual tradition is very beautiful and an honour to the Christian acknowledgement of Good Friday. Wonderful effort and time put in by all and a reminder to me of when I used to attend it in my younger years. I only wish that everyone would be more attentive to the seriousness and sombreness of the crucifixion of our Lord, Jesus Christ, and reduce some of the chatting and laughter during this serious event - especially by those that are attending to maintain their profiles. We are all humans, but there is a time and a place for everything. Wishing everyone a good Easter, and once again, a well-done event in acknowledgement of Good Friday. St. John the Baptist Norway in the Beaches has a Palm Sunday procession around the outside of the church...with palm leaves.
Many Catholics would attend the procession .Thanks for organizers please inform through catholic media next year. I am sure many people would attend from GTA. This is beautiful tradition and an honor to the Christian acknowledgement of Good Friday. Our Lord Jesus Christ

Yeshua or "Jesus" was crucified on the Day of Passover, and Passover is in late April, yet all these Gentile Christians have already marked this commemoration over a month ago. !!!
Aren't they connected to the Bible at all? If Yeshua returned tomorrow it's Passover He'd remember, as He became the Passover lamb on the same day lambs were killed for the Passover sacrifices in the Temple of unblemished lambs. As the New Testament informs us: "Christ (Messiah) our Passover (not "Easter") was slain for us, therefore let us keep the Feast" (of Passover). These parades, statues & graven images have nothing to do with what the Bible instructed. And many will say in that day how many great things they did in His name, but He will say to them, "Depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness (ingnoring God's law, like the 7th day Sabbath & Passover), I never knew you." This is a verse describing professing Christians. Most of those do not even know His real given Name! 🤯
YESHUA, meaning "salvation", the Name above all other names & by which we are saved. 🙃
