na maintain ng bulacan ganto na tradition un lang umulan but it means bountiful blessings and harvest daw meaning para sa lahat na ng join ng procession. salamat sa video
In our small city, for years, we've only had 18-19 caros, but since 2018, one or two new caros are added every year, last year I was so happy because 3 more new caros were added and it totaled to 28 caros. But this year, we got a sudden increase of caros, 16 new caros were added, I was so happy last night watching 44 caros beautifully moving right before my eyes. And I always wanted to become a camarero in the future and the image that I want since we didn't have it for years, was the Descent of Jesus from the Cross, but we finally have it, it's the biggest caro we have now in the city, it's so beautiful, all caros, old or new ones are beautiful but that one is very special, but still nothing beats Santo Entierro, it's always the highlight of our Good Friday since it's a super heavy caro that have no wheels but instead, it's being carried by 50+ men per station, after the first 50+ are tired, another 50+ will take their places and it'll goes until the procession is over. This is making me exited of how many new ones will be added next year. This year is so far the longest procession we ever had.
Absolutely STUNNING! Bravo! My first time watching your Holy Week Procession. I watched another Awesome video just yesterday where your Military presented Our Lord on THE CROSS. God Bless wherever you are. Is it Spain?
Hi there. Thank you for watching my video uploads about the recent holy week procession. This long lenten procession was located in the old town of Baliwag (established year 1733) , province of Bulacan, here in the Philippines, a country that was predominantly roman catholics in faith. This holy week procession holds the Philippines' longest procession and it is celebrated every holy wednesday and good friday of each year. I do apologize if the language used in this content is not english. By the way, thank you for watching this video. Please also check the part 2 of this video as well as my other uploads regarding marian processions and lenten exhibits. Cheers!!!
FYI, the Philippines was colonized by Spain for 377 years and it ended in the year 1898 and Catholism is their lasting legacy here. Thats why the Philippines have several spanish colonial churches similar to Mexico and other latin american countries.
thank you very much for visiting our city, here is the longest and grandest procession every holy week in the philippines, every year the number of floats increases, maybe in one year it reaches 130 floats
