We have a 380 owners version and I think you excitement over the Lagoon 380 are justified.. The advantages for us of the 380 are excellent price tag which leave more money to play with during cruising, decent discplacement, higher than average bridgedeck clearance and surprisingly good sailing performance and average runs. I must add that the forward deck lockers are massive.
Yep, the budget keeps screaming that very same truth to us! Happiness for us, is probably more closely tied to financial freedom vs extra deck space. Btw...did I remember you recently purchased a Hunter? I can't remember 🤷♂️
Yes I did. Hunters weren't even on my list for the longest of time. My broker took me on one, and I immediately realized it was a lot of boat for the money. Plus, they fit where I'll be sailing (lighter winds). If you find yourself in Southwest Florida, we'll go for a sail.
@@SV-DEDICATED I was just thinking that...they are beautiful boats! I remember seeing yours on Facebook and it's 🔥💯 Our boat shopping might bring us your way and I'd love to sail with you ⛵👍
Experienced sailors could answer better, I'm sure. But I learned there's basically 3 ways: 1) bucket w soapy water 2) go to shore for laundry 3) some boats have room for washer/dryer. Nancy's 🤞 for the latter! 😃

Thanks for sharing! It's always great to hear from a 380 owner such as yourself! 👍
Great look at the Lagoon 38. Looks like it is roomy! Good for living onboard. Can't wait to see the next episode.
Thanks! It is very roomy for a 38 foot boat!
Plenty of folks have sailed around the world in smaller boats than this! Get it!
Just go for it...I like your energy!
Yes, totally cool sailboat.
Yes it is ⛵👍
Great vid, again!
Thanks!
Great video and a beautiful boat.
Thx 😍
If you liked the Lagoon, you should take a look at the Leopard 38 & 39. Great looking boats and I like the layout better.
Thanks, we haven't had the chance to look at Leopard 38 or 39, yet 👍
I fell in love with a L39. Got scared when it was time to write the $325k check. Happy with my mono at a third of the price.

I'm on the Gulf Coast of Florida on Charlotte Harbor. Second largest Harbor in Florida. Plenty of room for sailing.
@@SV-DEDICATED nice! I've noticed some boats on the market in Fort Meyers and Punta Gorda 👍
It is the smallest of the catamarans, but I think its still bigger than a 40ft monohull...this Lagoon 380 would definitely work you!
Thanks, MrKasiel. I appreciate the encouragement
Never thought about this before, when you pare down and live on a boat, how does laundry work?

Theres an extra cabin for me! I want to go to St Thomas
Maybe so 🤷♂️
