AWESOME SONG!!! Some Great Guitar work by Joel & Dean. LOVE the sound from those old VOX amplifiers. Rock n Roll does not get much better than this. When I listen to this in the car, it makes me want to drive 100 MPH!! Collective Soul.....some Rocking Georgia Boys!!!
Great video. I saw them live with Cheney Brannon on drums and Joel Kosche on guitar back in '09 I guess it was! Time flies. Good times, saw 'em way back as well with Ross Childress on lead guitar and Shane Evans on drums. Kind of lost interest after Ed fired Joel and replaced him with Jesse Triplett.
@@MichaelMyers-pj2uk Ed never said publicly, just made a misleading statement about supporting Joel in "moving on in the world of music." Joel later said he was blindsided and fired by the band's manager over the phone. Then the band started acting like Jesse Triplett had been ik the band since the old days. Really bizarre. As for drummers, Shane was fired for his drug problem. There's a video on youtube about his recovery. They brought in Ryan Hoyle as an interim replacement. Then Cheney Brannon came in for a couple of years, don't know why he left. It's been Johnny Rabb since then.
@@mj1234321 Ed would like to pretend all the former members never were in the band in the first place. It’s fine to be happy with the current lineup, but it’s odd to pretend the past never happened.
I know this is live, but I'm sorry to say it sounds very lacking from the original. The guitar work is no where close to what the former lead guitarist was capable of doing. Go check out the album version and hear the brilliance of Ross Childress.

Saw Ed and Will in Decatur, GA December of 2021. Brannon was doing percussion on that show. Will is so talented. He can play about anything.
