I am interested in making one myself. There are some good ideas in this video I could incorporate. I have some ideas from working at a commercial Hatchery doing maintenance on the machines also. In those big machines the one big fan on the inside back wall ran continuously and the Heat and humidity water would cycle on and off. Humidity was controlled by solenoid valves controlling water flow to misting nozzles spraying into a chamber on the outside of back wall and sucked in by the large fan. The intake air and the exhaust working to close and open together

How do you stabilize your temperature and humidity to be the same on all the racks/shelves. And how do equalize the ventilation to your incubator?
IF you have a circulation fan running, constantly mixing the air inside the incubator, heat and humidity stay equalized throughout the entire box. Just make sure your light source isnt too close to any eggs, as radiative heat can't be blown away, and it will over heat them.. I like to put my lights in a tube then blow the fan through that.

You can buy the two and a half dozen egg flats in a plastic version especially for hatching and they have a lot more holes for air movement. Make a Search under Robin's incubator parts.

Yes u can but for that u needs multiple relays which is look like expensive instead of using other controller which is cheap
