Hi thanks for watching. The actual items are not glued on to the cake only the ribbon that are wrapped around the items is glued on to the cakes ribbon.

Double sided tape can be used for this or normal clear tape.

The clear wrap also know as cellophane can be purchased from gift shops or a variety store.
How did you fix the flowers?
Hi, thanks for watching, the flowers have a small plastic stem which you can slot inside the cake.
How did you attach the baby items to the ribbon? Glue? If so, does that damage the items?

what is the size of the celophane in the end? the biggest i found is 1m x 1m
Hi Boriana. Thanks for watching. One metre should just about be enough. We usually wrap from a roll depending on the layers and height of the cake.
