Yep, it sure is, many of us life long bikers, know this only too well, what they all forget is, it was always a bloodbath, people got seriously hurt, some even died, for there beliefs, unlike today, were they think shouting their mouths off on social media is enough to scare others off. We will always carry the scars till the day we die, am I still proud of mine, hell Yes, will I still beside my Brother, Yes, I know us old dogs are fading, and there’s a new breed coming up, But, they still need educating on the old ways, otherwise it will be lost forever.
The problem is very human, especially with modern men they can be a bit like women, sorry to say but it's a fact, this is why a proper MC will not have any female members or let their old ladies have a say in anything within the club, my nan used to call this "The factory floor mindset"

One was patched 3 - 4 years ago now, he said they keep individual charters smaller for this very reason. Any more than 10 - 15 members and it makes it that much more likely that little groups form, people feel left out, and form their own cliques in response.

Looks like you just got back from a walk in those beautiful sunny streets of Malta haha Oh man! I cannot even begin to tell you how bad a Club is with in a club. The conflicts it will cause is just not worth it. You 100% need to have some thing in your club bylaws preventing this from even starting. You cannot have a situation with in a club where you guys do this and we will do that. The only way a Club can survive is is One set of rules that every one supports ad follows. If you have a club with in a club then ignore Dibs advice at your own peril. One day you will wish you had of listened.

Totally agree, but then you have to wonder how they'd behave as a whole different club.
This is one of the most important topics that there is in the Clubs. It is one of the Biggest problems faced.
