End customers also have access to this page to view their system performance. Phocos is working actively to enable settings changes from the PhocosLink platform, available by the end of this year.

Hello, in the video, at 2:40, Alessio Alario hands the presentation over to Mohamed Khairy to explain how to connect your phone or mobile device to the Any-Bridge device via the PhocosLink Bluetooth application to complete the account registration process and connect the Any-Bridge device to your local internet access point. Once this has been completed on the Bluetooth app, you will be able to login and access the PhocosLink cloud portal via your web browser. For further assistance, please contact tech.emea@phocos.com
Would be nice if I could access the portal on the Phocos Link mobile app rather than logging in on a web browser all the time. Is this option available?

@@phocos-global thanks for your response. It would also be great if there was a client platform and a separate INSTALLER platform for the Phocos link cloud. The way it's setup currently makes client see all my other installations.

We are having difficulties with an AnyBridge: Connected to AnyGrid 6.5kW 48V 120VAC via RJ 45 RS232 cable Connected to AnyCell 5kWh 48V LFP ESS Green Power LED NEVER lights Yellow status LED is ALWAYS ON - no flickers Mobile Link App on Android can connect to AB and shows data from inverter however AB-PLC does not appear as a device and is not configurable and AnyCell does not appear as a device either I notice that the first connection attempt, we did not need to pair the device - it just connected automatically. SUbsequently we needed to first pair the device. With further farting around it appears that the AB does not properly gateway CAN2 traffic from ESS to inverter we get error 61 Even when pushing reset - no flickers from LEDs. It is interesting that the ANYGRiID does not show any status information of the AB - mandatory. Any ideas for resolution ?

Please make an updated version for newer android (14). I can't install this beacuse it states it was made with older android version.

Yes the SSID is the Wifi network name.
at video you dont say anything about how to connect phone to the any-bridge. my app cant find any-bridge.
